DailyROI: I don't know where this lame rumor started that Daily has some new 50/50 rule; but, it's NOT true. The rule is the same as it's always been. I know the admins of Daily are bombarded with angry emails and for what?? It's not even true!
Why Jake/ASA felt the need to put this on his broadcast is beyond me--maybe he misunderstood--but, news to be VERIFIED before it's delivered via a newscast.
We ALL know the panic people in these programs can engage in...
It's not a far stretch that Daily's TSMC funds are not as accessible as we'd like--and, of course, that WILL cause some issues with those members waiting on those funds. This is a TRI-STAR MC issue--NOT a Daily ROI issue.

People: before you panic--get answers! Verify things before you go in panic mode and start emailing admins with nasties. IF there were some change to the 50/50 rule...I would think James & Mike would have emailed out a detailed explanation....

I decided to try Planet-Surf; Jack from Maximum's new site. I hope Jack stops at 3 sites--admins tend to take on more than they have time for--Jack runs good sites, so for now...I'm in. I'm in Twilight Adz as well and like it so far, too.
It's customary for people to think of cash flow issues when admins continue to open new sites; I hope that's NOT the case with these. We'll see.
I think this one will do well--the design is good--and the hierarchy of sites to surf--ref commissions all waiver dependent on money put in (which is good).

Quick Update:

Matrix is FINALLY about ready! Yeah!! I have a new empathy for admins when they are TRULY having code issues....(sheesh)....
The processor code kept double billing....and with code being tossed back & forth--we 'think' we finally have it done....(testing now & all is well far: knocking on wood NOW)...

We'll be off & running very soon now.....

Just a note: The next step in this IS a surf site....I know I've mentioned that, but I wanted it to sink in. I've been (as have SO many bloggers) trying to drive home the LOW return facet.
Instant gratification gets you losses quicker than anything; we all want that good score...fast score...and shoot: it DOES feel good.
BUT: take some time and add up all those 'great scores'--now go deduct the LOSSES.
What do you get? MOST of you will get a negative number--and THAT, my friends, needs to change.
Get back to wanting something REALLY stable...something that CAN last...
something that will STILL earn you more than you could ever make just letting it sit in a bank...

I looked at 18hitsdaily: It is a Will/Cathy site....there are about 69 or so sites hosted here...only about 8-10 are actually 'theirs'....(if that)....

I heard back (after an inquiry about Paypal's licensing in Ky)....from a state official there:
Paypal IS licensed in Kentucky....must be newly completed as I don't think Paypal has that one listed yet. I was shocked....but, the fact remains: Paypal is licensed there.
I've talked to many of these officials....there IS a lot of various information, and I made that clear to these officials that there IS misinformation....and when there appear to be 'double standards' (ie: Paypal)....what are people supposed to think?
I listed some good links about Paypal and generalities in my last post; check that out for a refresher.

Reminder of the caution: Some sites will take a hit later this month....prep for fallout from various things going on right now....
New HIGHER ROI/ROA sites...just be smart....
and admins who have programs (or more than one) and open more: well, take that as a POSSIBLE sign of cash flow issues....(not always--but, usually)...

We have some decent programs out there with GOOD admins--we need to support them.
What's tough is losing THOSE kind....

I know it's been awhile since my last post....had some health issues come up...had some tests run....still waiting on some final things....but, just wanted everyone to know why it's been 'awhile'.
Sorry....

I got quite irritated at a post I saw from an admin today....and I'll refrain from posting on it for now....as I'm too irritated. I've learned NOT to post when I feel this way; so, I'll wait. I'm waiting on some final comments from certain people anyway--so, I'll just post it all together THEN.
I will write that I only hope that admins take EVERY aspect of their programs SERIOUSLY...dealing with peoples' money IS serious....ALWAYS!
I think it's TOTALLY irresponsible to act as if some things are just 'no big deal'. I was caught off guard today and I'm quite annoyed.

On a side note about 'processors': People think Paypal has never been under the 'microscope' so to write. Not true--here's an article on how the state of Louisiana even wanted paypal to terminate services to those residents due to a 'question' of proper transmitting licensure in that state. Another interesting article as well here. The last paragraph or two of the last one is just food for thought:

Payments is a business fraught with risks. That's why financial institutions - among the most tightly regulated businesses in America - have been designated the gatekeepers to the payments system. Banks take on these risks because, among other things, they enjoy special privileges and access to the federal money trough. When the going gets tough, the government steps in and makes sure nobody loses too much money.

The same isn't true for non-banks. Too often non-banks are blinded by the allure of the money that flows through the payments system, only to be blindsided by the back-end risks. We've witnessed this already among payment card issuers. Remember the Sears Discover Card? (Discover is still around, yes, but it's no longer backed by Sears.)

Can PayPal buck the trend and survive long term in the payments space? Maybe, if it sticks with P2P payments. But as PayPal continues to creep into merchant services - facilitating transactions between online buyers of goods and services - it confronts a morass of regulatory and legal issues that is bound to stymie growth.

Just because they seem to 'get away' with NOT being licensed in ALL states--doesn't mean they aren't liable to do so or can't be held accountable if they are not. Jumping on board the 'dodging the totality of the laws issue' & 'it's just not that important concept' is NOT smart...not responsible...and certainly not prudent when you are 'handling' peoples' money.
I just want these types of issues to be looked at with all the seriousness possible at all times.
Sure, Paypal probably won't be issued any cease & desist orders...and millions will continue to do business with them...as other processors in the surf industry. Whatever floats everyones' boats...just be informed--that's all. Take things like this seriously...do your own research--make your own phone calls, etc... Don't take ANYONE'S word for things that deal with legal issues...people who make these rules and work in these offices are more than willing to answer your questions. Bottom line: take it seriously and do what it takes to abide by the rules...work on filling the loopholes, etc....then all will be better.
That actually goes for this whole business--the 'loophole' factor is HUGE. Scary when you look TOO close...(whew)...

Anyway, we heard from Solid Trust Pay--it looks as if some minor issues will keep us from having the new code for subscriptions right now. We'll use the other code and launch the matrix sooner...and just switch over when the new one is done. We've waited long enough; we, on the team are antsy to launch....many are as well. Thats the latest on that front.
Get your Solid Trust Pay account funded asap.....alertpay should be along shortly...waiting on codes from the processors has made us have the patience of Job....(enter feeble smile here)

I want to tell you all that read here: be VERY careful in the next month-2 months. There are some things 'rustling'--things I'm seeing....things I'm hearing behind some scenes...just be careful. Get your principals out asap in most sites...
It does NOT mean hit & run good sites--it just means don't be stupid & throw your mortgage payment in anywhere right now looking for that "big score"....(thats NEVER a good idea)...
The domino effect is NOT done....only the new domino effect now will be fallout from money being tied up in TSMC so long....
I also think some admins are looking to move/sell their sites....

There is going to be a 'bottoming out' coming very soon....I just know it....
PLEASE play with profit only.....and be VERY careful with any new sites...

I saw that Curt from Ponziscams posting about another Will site??? Geez...I've been so under the weather and swamped--that I missed out on finding that one....glad Curt did.
I haven't looked yet....but, Curt states Cathy's name is on it...I tell you....how many does this make for slick Willy? HOW many more before people learn??

I'm in a more negative mood about this 'industry' right now; so, you'll have to excuse me.

General Update:

Found a new site that I've been watching ..got some good feedback from some other people I trust in this industry....and felt with the unique--non-cookie-cutter--script and background info on these admins...it was worth looking at.
Elite Surfing: give it a shot if you want to. This industry is ripe for a revamping.
I wanted to touch on a few items; many admins and surfers alike are caught up in this struggle of 'hit & running'. When we DO have good admins who have proved they ARE intent on running solid programs--we do need to stick with them, for sure. Now, does that mean throw aside what we should know by now about getting your principal out asap? NEVER!
It does mean (once you have taken out the principal and even some profit) to not run to the next big one to just make a few %age points more--knowing full well the one you run to next will have the same fate sooner or later---and lately: sooner seems to the fate we've all seen.

Admins MUST prepare for all of this from the beginning. Making members jump through change after change after launch is just not good....it lessens confidence immediately...
Remember: people have been trained due to this industry; so why do we find it odd that they trust no one? Who can blame them? Most of them have tried the 'be loyal to admins' concept...and been burned. It's like crying wolf...even when admins DESERVE some loyalty--NOW--they wont get it.
It's a shame....but, we MUST re-train our thinking away from the 'fast profit' mind-set.
Would you REALLY rather have 10 programs who pay high--but last 3 weeks? Or do you want a few low ones who plan well..and who WILL be here? It's still better than any return you'll get via your bank/savings account, etc.
We're all 'instant gratification' people to some extent; but it's THAT mentality that will NEVER get this 'industry' more stable for people who want to MAKE money moreso than LOSE it.

Up to you....be prepared for a solid site coming your way soon that WILL not promise you ridiculous returns and be gone in 4 weeks....
GET your thinking changed...and you'll be more prosperous.

My feelings on these vary between the 2 sites....and I'll keep those opinions to myself.
I'll leave it at feeling like, at least, the prospective members of these 2 sites will be fine.
I hope Trevor doesn't take on more than he can handle...thats always how things turn for the worse. We all have to try & accept that Trevor and Clayton know what they can & cant handle and hope for the best.
I wont get into, again, the licensing thing with CEPT--I'll feel better, though, when all is well there.

I think you all will see some more surprises going...my last post I felt more P.Share sites would close & they did. At least they closed the moment they knew it wouldn't work...we're seeing less of those hit & run scammers...and thats one good thing.

PLANNING....and MORE planning is essential to make any site last. Think of ANYTHING that could go wrong..and have 2-3 back-up plans just in case.
Don't reach for Pluto --when you can reach the moon and make it good for everyone.

Be ready for a few more sites to 'change hands' or close....it's coming....
Be cautious out there....don't be irresponsible with your hard earned money...it's YOURS.

Play Dominoes? You may not like the domino effect that may be seen in the next few days to few weeks in the profit share world...I can feel it...
DSM closing will reap a negative rippling in the profit share model.
If some don't change some things--and fast--it will get worse.
This model has some great potential...but, they are popping up everywhere.

Unpredictable....and even when we know this--and try to prep---never ceases to amaze me how quickly some go down now.....you no sooner build up that site...and there goes the 'rug'.

I want to clarify that I, in no way, think that Trevor & Clayton are misleading anyone.
Translations of these laws can be VERY technical....I have a call in to the main person in Kentucky who CAN and WILL clarify this.....I hope to finish my conversation with him on Monday.
Trevor, in his interview with NetZen, states that until they meet certain minimal requirements--cannot BE licensed. He states that if they were to submit intent to BE licensed before they meet these financial minimums--they would be denied. This is true (and is included in the facts from the link provided here).
Where I think the mis-translation occurs (on one end or the other) is this: IF a money transmitter in Kentucky (as laws are different in each state)...has not reached this minimum requirement to SUBMIT for licensing--does that mean they can just continue transmitting until they DO reach the minimums to begin official licensing...or does this mean they have to wait to transmit money until they DO meet those minimums to even begin licensure?
I think it would be a double standard if a money transmitter were allowed to conduct business UNlicensed because they had not met the minimums required TO submit for licensure. This would enable transmitters to just stay under that minimum indefinitely...(if they wanted to & were happy to stay below this standard)....these would, then, NEVER have to submit for licensure--because they wouldn't meet the minimums to be APPROVED for licensure. Does this mean they should be able to carry on transmitting money? I don't think it works that way.
Imagine the "low lifes" who would be able to transmit money with NO consequences at all!
Sorry to tell you: state laws would never allow that possibility to exist.
The changes after October of 2006 stopped many of these 'loopholes'.....
Hopefully, we'll get the official word soon....I'm sure that Trevor and Clayton want to be totally legit as well....they are above board guys and want the best for what they have built--and will continue to build.

New shock for yesterday; I was hoping it wouldnt occur--but, when I saw the 2% day...I wondered if this would happen. I figured the next day would pick up and things would work out.
Dustin was, no doubt, upset at the disloyalty. I mean we all can join the newer ones as well--we all want to make the most we can. I just wonder why loyalty to some admins CANNOT be integrated as well. Why people are willing to risk losing good admins to make an extra buck for a few days is beyond me. It will only be a few days, too....the drawback to P. Shares is just that: the members dictate its success or failure. Now, many will whine that Dust is a failure--a scammer--etc....what a joke!
If you want to know why it failed: look in your respective mirrors. You all who ran to the share programs who were still at 10% did it. Why couldn't you 'divvy it up' some? Keep a good amount in DSM and still put some in the others? What did you THINK would happen when you pull it ALL out of a good one to put it in a newer one? Or do you just not 'get' the P. Share model?
P. Shares demand, in some form, member loyalty. The problem is: these are getting to be a 'dime a dozen'....and people just run like the wind to the next BIG NEW one who is still at 10-12%. News flash: they will ALL lower sooner than later....these are meant to be 'member based'.....stick with one or two favorite ones....they are NOT meant for hit & runners.
If thats what you want--go play in a standard modeled program and get the hell out of the P. Shares run by good people. When these, run by good people, fail: you have yourself to blame (if you ran to the next biggest one).....so knock off the accusations that some of these 'scammed'.
YOU (who run for 'mo money' every second)...are the 'scammers'...you just cut off your noses to spite your own faces. Do you pull your money out of your 401k fund daily (not that you could--and for good reason) when some other broker offers a higher return that day/week? NO! If you (and everyone else who pools their money) did this: guess what? EVERYONE hurts--
These are meant for stability....cooperation....etc....hit & runners have NO BUSINESS in these.

KENTUCKY MODERNIZES MONEY TRANSMISSION STATUTE

26 April 2006 - The Governor of Kentucky, Ernie Fletcher, signed into law on April 24, 2006, the Kentucky Money Transmitters Act of 2006 [KMTA]. The KMTA repeals the Kentucky Sale of Checks Act and requires that all persons engaged in the business of money transmission in Kentucky be either licensed as a money transmitter, or designated as an agent of a money transmitter. The bill was drafted from the model legislation outline of the Money Transmitters Regulators Association which Kentucky is a member state. The bill was further drafted with additions from other states’ money transmitters laws based on multi-state research, conversations with other state regulators, and input from the industry. The bill had the full support of the Kentucky Bankers Association, Kentucky Credit Union League, the Kentucky Retail Federation, and the national non-bank money transmitters. The KMTA requires that all licensees maintain a net worth of $500,000. The KMTA further requires that the licensee maintain a surety bond of $500,000, which can be raised to a maximum of $5,000,000 based on the discretion of the executive director of the Kentucky Office of Financial Institutions. Licensees must maintain a pool of permissive investments equal to the amount of the outstanding payment instruments. Next, licensees and agents under the KMTA will be required to comply with the reporting and recording requirements of FinCEN. Finally, the KMTA allows a licensee to share a copy of a Kentucky report of examination with a financial institution where the licensee has its account for the purpose of providing assistance with the financial institutions' compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. The KMTA was designated emergency legislation and therefore went into effect immediately upon the signature of Governor Fletcher on April 24, 2006. However, the KMTRA provides that current licensees under the Kentucky Sale of Checks Act have three months from the effective date of the bill to file a renewal license application. All current licenses under the Kentucky Sale of Checks Act will expire at midnight on September 30, 2006 with the new licenses being issued having an effective date of October 1, 2006. The failure to license as a money transmitter or designated as an agent of a licensee can now result in state prosecution [Class C felony]. This will assist the federal government in the prosecution of money changers, a/k/a hawalas, in this state since the KMTA will now support a prosecution under 18 U.S.C. section 1960, which was strengthened in the USA Patriot Act. Some updates:

Things are going well with 9 Planet No Surf--I'm putting quite a bit in here. John is doing a great job. Get in this while it's hot.
Desert Sky Marketing: going great; Dust is doing very well. I hope he re-evaluates the compounding. I know we all love that--but, it can weaken a program. I'm not sure if he allows ref commission when members compound--as that would be a mistake. DSM has the potential to be #1--as well as 9 Planet No Surf.
EDIT: I'll clarify since my dear NetZen left a comment about this. This form of 'compounding' may NOT be the same as some where the cash balance is used to 'up the surfing balance'--but, it is a form that lessens fresh money coming into the system OVER TIME. Dust is a shrewd business man and keeps a good eye on things. I'm sure over time if he sees anything hurting the work he's done--he will take care of it. I wanted to clarify the difference between this form of 'compounding' and others. It is still re-cycled money to some degree--and CAN take a toll down the road--that was my point. Bottom line: Dust knows what he is doing. This is still my #1 program.

Been wondering what in the world is going on with The Ultimate Surf: I mentioned this in a post below last week; I'd be cautious about new spends...I haven't, personally, heard from Nick in 2 weeks. Rumor has it that his 'trader' is the same one who caused Jason & Stacy heartache in W. Hits, EZ sites, etc. Nick promoting Viva Surf didn't help matters either.
Coastin 88: What in the world is up? Servers could be under attack...slow surfing, coasting holidays, etc.... Many ask: is the slow down coming here? Well, upgrades certainly have slowed...cause for alarm? I don't think alarm....but, always good to WATCH closely. I know Trevor & Clayton work hard--and they are good people--but, caution is ALWAYS advised when changes are seen.
Computer-Traffic: Seems Mark has a poll going on The Safe List--I would think Mark's membership is low enough to take the time & transfer the accounts/upgrades. I think Mark looks for the road with the least amount of work (not that more work is the best route, of course....but, if a tad more work causes less stress & grief for members: do it). If Mark can make it fair for members--then whatever works, I guess.

Ok....small update time:

Matrix plans are coming along; pre-launch should be along shortly. Hope some of you have been seeing the splash pages in rotations lately....we still have some work to do to make it 'just right'--but, before you know it...it will be here and we hope you all LOVE what we've done as a team. Seems the XLO database was re-sent to Bob for review...I was gone over the weekend for my sister's wedding...so, I missed all the details on that one....I just hope XLO can come back for all the members who miss it.

Once again--thanks for the tremendous number of you that emailed me for info on my upcoming matrix. Those of you who have emailed--have gotten the info on how to secure your position--if you wanted in on the 'early special'...
The plan for this is really great; I'm very excited to provide you with great intel...and a chance to earn a residual income much easier than any matrix I've EVER seen.

Now for my opinion on Mike & Mr. Bell's new: Ads Mania:

I have to tell you....when the email came out that this was launching--I was exhausted and at that moment--I was excited that Mike, the wonderful programmer, was 'back'.
When I woke up the next morning, all my frustration at how fast Mike let Manic die was prevalent again. Then, I began thinking of how fast he seemed to get over his 'tiredness of running a site'. It was TOO fast....(IMO)...
Now, here's the possibilities:

Mike felt bad for letting Manic go and wanted to combine with George Bell to bring something back for members--
Mike wanted to save some big bucks by ripping our referrals & credits from us--
Both 1 & 2--

Now....IF # 1 was the reason-he could have brought Manic back...it's STILL up. I think it would have made ALL of us feel MUCH better knowing we just went through a small period of inactivity and then we were back earning...WITH our accounts in tact. Manic members worked HARD, in most cases, to build our accounts...& we had the proverbial 'rug pulled'...
I don't appreciate working on promoting Mike...Manic Ads...my account--only to have it ripped away.
Was Mike running low on funds.....? We won't know. It begs the question, though, as to why he would take this particular path--knowing what it would look like. I had hoped we, as members, meant more. But, in this industry...we know this doesn't hold true in most programs.
Mike DID rebound with Ads Mania--people have a chance to earn again--he did rebate 90% of members (or close to that #)....which is more than many admins have done.
I just don't like the feel that the Manic closure was pre-planned to some degree. Those are MY thoughts: right or wrong. I still think Mike is a talented programmer...and CAN run a great program. I just wish it would have been Manic.

Next: My Daily Percentages:

This one has bugged me for a whole day when I learned who this admin is. Before I tell you who it is...I want to be fair and post some things as I know them now; if I were to JUST tell you NOW...some of you who would know this former program will be upset and won't digest the rest of what I have to post.
When I found out who this admin is....I was upset--upset that he was back--upset that he didn't tell anyone who he is (in his program now--that is)...
This is a man who left his old program high & dry...no email after a certain point...just done. I think he tried as best he could (I want to believe this anyway)...and things went awry and he let it die out. I lost money here--as did many others.
He is now back with MDP. Now, he went to some good admins for help; they are giving it to him...and they are also 'watching over the funds'...just in case.
I feel somewhat better that this is being watched--as the admins he went to for help--know all about his former prog and the trouble involved. I think a condition of them helping was that the program funds are watched.....just in case. We all know trust & honesty is lacking in this industry--so, it's best to err on the side of caution.
MDP seems to be going fairly well....so, if you ARE in this one...and you feel angry when you know who this is.....understand your funds are as safe as they can be.
Maybe this admin truly feels bad for the last failure & he wants to do it right this time. I, for one, do NOT agree with any former admin coming back without COMING CLEAN as to who s/he is...and making some attempt to make amends.
Now--who is it?
The admin for MDP is the former admin for GSSGlobal: those of you around then...know.
This was the one where people involved in this sought me out (somewhat) for me to check the servers, etc. The servers were wonderful...but, the admin wouldn't reveal himself to me.
He was keen on privacy---(which is fine by itself)---but, other things transpired that bothered me...and I wound up not promoting it anymore.
Once I posted a caution on GSS....they had just begun slowing down on payouts sporadically. It was maybe 3-4 weeks later--that it just died. Emails stopped....GSS forum was devoid of any answers....etc....

The choice for you MDP members is yours to make. I've heard from reliable sources that the program funds are being watched....so, that may make you feel more comfy here.
Maybe this admin wants to make things right this time...but, I honestly do not think that's possible while you don't reveal who you are...and don't attempt to remedy GSS Global losses.
I couldn't--in good conscience--keep this secret once I knew. I just can't.
I would feel horrible IF something happened here, too...and I would know I 'knew'..and didn't post it.
Now, you all know and can join or not join based on the facts. Making informed decisions is essential....

My conversation, via phone, with Andy, former XLO admin:

Andy IS irritated at the blame being laid at his door. I asked him if he regrets selling at all & he said 'no'--that he's glad to be rid of the BS that comes with this.
He does feel bad for members--and he feels, as do we, that XLO will probably never resurrect itself. He told me XLO was up to date--and ready to go. Database was fine....and he feels that's all that was really wanted from this purchase. The domains haven't even been transferred yet--and that takes an email only to get done.
Bob's a busy guy--maybe he just hasn't had time to get to it....but, XLO members do feel a loss. We feel ignored--we feel slighted.
I hope XLO does get to continue; I just don't see it happening.
My talk with Andy was long and thorough. Even though I wish Andy had kept XLO his--he feels he did what was best for him...and none of us have the right to question that.
Do many wish he had sold to someone else? Probably.....
Are some happy with who he sold to? Probably..
Bottom line: Can't please everyone....
I CAN feel safe in posting that I doubt ANYONE who was an XLO member is happy with the thought that XLO will NOT return in some capacity.
The ONLY thing predictable in this industry is its UNpredictability.

Many of you know what crap I went through with the former sole admin, Mike.
I have gotten to know the NEW and IMPROVED admin, James Miranda--very well. I have been NOTHING BUT impressed with the genuine and gentle nature of this man. He's brought me to (nice) tears a few times; he's listened & been there for me quite a bit. I still wonder what brought us to get more acquainted (as I'm not in dailyroi)...but, I'm happy about the fact that I have gotten to know him well...and will continue to do so.
I'm impressed with him....and members of dailyroi: I hope you all know what a wonderful admin this is.

Some info on Speed-gold-: I ran a basic search first on this one. The whois address does not exist. The name listed DOES exist--just not in Louisiana.

The phone number on this one, when traced, leads back to a former admin who ran a program well for awhile....then ran into many problems and ended the program. People DID lose a bunch here. NOW: here's what I found out when I pm'd the admin of Speed-gold: Jimmy.
I kept hearing how Jimmy was a nice guy...so, I figured I'd approach HIM with this & see what he said. I always try to go TO the admin when things like this occur (unless, of course, it's one of those Charlie or Willy sites)...
Jimmy told me that the whois is the PREVIOUS owner's info who ran a hyip that closed quickly (supposedly few to no people lost in that one)....
Jimmy tells me he has been fighting some BIG DDOS attacks....and the server is done.
I hope things work out....I just always worry about these REALLY high ROI sites--fairly instant/daily payouts, etc....
I wanted to make this BASIC info available....I will write that Jimmy was very quick to answer my pm's and ask me for advice on new servers, etc.

Sorry if I've been slower getting to pm's and emails....been 'under the weather'....

I wanted to touch on a couple of things this week:

Seems Mike REALLY HAS had enough of running a surf site. He HAD to know 'things would come up' that wouldnt go perfectly...it hasnt even been a full business day and he is caving. I feel cheated....cheated from a unique, wonderful program that WOULD have gone all the way to the top. I don't get how Mike can throw away all of that hard & productive work -making what would have been the 'best surf out there'...
He could have worked this out with Egold...this is him really being tired of doing it. I wish he would have asked for help...delegated some of the responsibility--ANYTHING to keep this wonderful program alive. Not to be crude; but, I feel like I've had 4 awesome hours of foreplay only to be told the intercourse can't happen now...
It's a damn shame...I had high hopes for this one; and I KNOW Mike had the ability and foresight to make this one TRULY stable. Add in the level of programming ability Mike has with his great plans....and cooperative nature with his members...and this would have been number one. Maybe someday, he'll bring it back....we can hope...
We all have to do what we have to do.....so, I wish Mike the best.
(side note: I was all ready paid my rebate in full. Thanks, Mike!)

Progression on Ms. Gant is continuing--please don't think we have forgotten it. I've even found some new info on past things--so, it 'coming along'...this will NOT be let go. Rest assured on that front....I don't care how LONG it takes...I will not let go of holding her accountable in some fashion.

The dream Sandra had started with my matrix based on my former surf tutor program will be realized. I will not allow HER failure to be mine. This matrix will be alive & very soon. A top notch MLM producer that created this-- is working with me to bring this to life...and life it will have. You will not only have the ability to REALLY earn a residual income quickly...but, you will have the data reports that many of you liked in my old program. Background checks and as thorough a dig that is possible will be done on all progs chosen for the month. It's costly to do so....but, it's vital to minimize the risks as much as possible. It isn't a 'sure thing'---seeing as how I did a full one on Sandra and it still didn't change the outcome. Running every check in the world cannot predict a person's nature as to whether they can change and become pond scum by stealing from us. It can, however, alert us to any dealings in their respective pasts to indicate their honesty factor right from the beginning IF their goal is to take off soon.

Caution again on 24DP "reloaded"....do NOT buy this BS....since he couldn't raise enough to give refunds BEFORE people had to re-upgrade...that gives you a rough idea of his financial standing. You all might get paid awhile on these new upgades...but, add in all you've lost in the other 4-5 you may have joined & lost in...and you have MAJOR deficits right off the bat. He's had ample time to raise funds to, at least, refund SOME people before they have to upgrade again....please throw away your rose colored/happy-happy-joy-joy/hopeful glasses here. Stand up & refuse the kool-aid; do NOT become the NEW suckers in this one....!

Blue Heaven Emails: This asshole is still accepting upgrades--he sends out emails pretending that he's refunded people...must be invisible money....no one has seen any! DO NOT fall for Ben's lies.....I'll be doing a comprehensive check in him soon...will be interesting to see what skeletons that asswipe has in his closet.

I started a comparison of a new prog (going well right now)....to another older one...similarities are scary....but, I'm not positive yet....will find more as soon as possible so you can be informed.

I have to comment on what I've heard on how a certain person was treated in the Tri Star camp. Most know that Brookie & I have had our differences--but, I was very upset at the way I heard she was treated by Todd at SSM. There ARE always 2 sides to the story and this is based on ONE SIDE ONLY. I hope if there are any hard feelings between these 2--that it can be remedied. Since I have been alerted to the OTHER side of this--I will refrain from thinking I know the whole story; really none of my business anyway--people tend to share what's going on in areas of the industry...& I just felt sensitive that Brookie FELT hurt...and I hope that since she and Todd want the best for Bob's programs--they can get along.

24 Daily Pro: People....please be cautious! We all want to believe--hope--but, be REALISTIC!! Marshall a.k.a Will, has had more sequels than a Nightmare on Elm Street--and we KNOW how THOSE ended....(ok, I know...humor...but you get my drift). Leo-a.k.a-Drunk On Life sums it up well, too. I would add BMW Surf to that long list he hasof "Will's" failed sites. The fact that you have to join the new one to get money WAY PAST due just takes the cake...NOW....miracles DO happen....so, if he can find a way to pay all the old debt...then maybe we can be hopeful. The old saying (paraphrased): screw me once--shame on you; screw me twice--shame on me, holds true. BE CAREFUL. If Ms. Gant threw herself back in the ring...trust me, she would have to pay every dime before I'd even acknowledge her. Even then....I would find it hard almost impossible to trust again. I may be finding the realism in this industry and understanding that few give a crap about integrity like I do...but, that doesn't mean I ever have to trust them again. If people have the character to 'take from you all once'---odds are---under pressure they could again. So, if they've done it MORE THAN ONCE---you do the Math.

The admin from 150profit surf came on TSL and stated the domain names are 'wrong'....and that SHE is not a SHE. When the 150profitsurf first came online and posted on ASA (Adil) --I mentioned that with the shared hosting (that she offered, by the way)...she had porn sites all over--which she did remove. It was obvious (by her own admission) that SHE was Adil.....now all of a sudden she is not. I wanted to share with all of you that Bob & I both have buried the hostility, at least.
The issue is now over....and I would ask that all of you who have discussed the odds that Bob & I were at...now stop. It won't help anything...and I need to let go of all hostility. It serves no purpose.
I have 'mutated' some since this ordeal with Sandra; my opinions on what is & can be real in this industry are adapting to the ACTUAL reality.
I want you all to know that holding Sandra Gant accountable is of utmost importance to me. She must know that she can't just walk away leaving people to suffer financial &/or personal losses.
She made herself out to be 'different'....so, therefore I will not treat her as any 'regular' admin who decides to pull this shit. I was an integral part in bringing many of you to TN; therefore, I feel a responsibility to do what I can to hold her accountable.

The Ultimate Surf: Nick continues to build stability..this one is a keeper for awhile.
Denali Surf: Ryan does a nice job!
AS49: I am still enjoying this one...still paid every 8-9 days...

Words of Caution:

I am seeing some more hit & run sites lately...and there are some now who have been around maybe 2 weeks and are all ready showing signs of late payouts:
I cannot stress ENOUGH that when a program offers REALLY goofy returns AND instant payouts...odds are it's a hit & run site, ok??
Please do NOT be silly with these and continue to put ALL your funds right back in for that 'one last shot'....usually it's that 'one last time' that winds up being the time you get your ass bit.
ALWAYS take your seed out IMMEDIATELY. I do this with EVERY site...I don't care how much I like it, how good the data looks, how much I talk to the admin...I ALWAYS take the seed out FIRST. Just do it...and if you want to 'gamble'--please do it with the profits ONLY.
It's a good idea to take out MOST of the profit the first time as well...and let it build gradually.....IF you think it's a site that will NOT hit & run to begin with.

That's about it for now...I'm looking at some 'things' and am starting to see a link between many people & I don't like the secrecy that there appears to be...former (not so great) admins coming back...possibly teaming up with others....will post more when the facts are solid.

Ok....back from my weekend at my parents...and I will now clarify ONCE and for ALL some misconceptions. Everyone READ ACCURATELY AND COMPLETELY...INSTEAD OF POSTING IN PLACES HOW SOME OF US SPECULATE WITH NO FACTS.
Everything I have EVER posted about Bob Krimm IS based on FACT...so, writing how some of us bloggers only speculate right BELOW where we post facts is bogus.

I was away long enough to realize why this industry SUCKS!! My weekend was backstabbing free, no drama...no lies...why? Because I stayed off of forums...I come back to pathetic posts where people CLAIM what I've posted in other places...and one email where more misconceptions are brewed. It's done...this is the LAST time I will post on Bob Krimm...I'm so sick of his name I could puke anyway...

Before I begin--let me preface this with my overall disgust at this whole industry since Sandra Gant proclaimed her 'quest' for screwing people over.
I am definitely more negative than usual...BUT, I don't think thats all bad--because it will not allow me to ever lose my objectivity again.
Why is it that Krimm followers can give advice about how I was wrong to take what Sandra said at face value...yet thats exactly what they do with Bob...not easy, is it???
EVERY popular program that has EVER been out there has had it naysayers...and they all get blasted from the ones who believe in a program.
WE all have done it....so, don't jump on your damn high horses too much when someone ELSE does it...OR when its done about an admin you DO or do NOT like.
I realized that since I bought Sandra's bullshit...hook, line, & sinker...then I have no right to wonder why others do it with other admins.
I don't give a rats ass what you all do...you want Bob? There he is...go be with him.
At least he pays...I don't care anymore how he makes his money...he IS making it....so GO!
You have a right to be IN his progs...I have the right to NOT be...obviously, I'm not some ref whore...or I'd be on the Krimm chariot like many of you.

For the record, here are the beefs I had with Bob...these are the ONLY ones...

1) He lied about his application for his processor being pending and awaiting approval in January--it was a LIE. Period. All you have to do is call the agent in Michigan who processes them and request the list (if its not now available online)....Bob wasn't there!!!!
I only wonder if some of us hated bloggers did NOT dig on this...would he have moved at all? Or would he have put members monies at risk of a cease & desist??? I don't know...& don't care now.

2) His unprofessional and immature video bashing me when I made it clear to Brookie that the stupid bankruptcy thing would never be shared. How many freaking times do I have to post this?? I ran into it in a comprehensive check...I didn't care...no one cares...
Bob made himself the martyr by acting like Big. Bad Vee was after him when all he does is try to be good to people....(whaaaaaaaa)....
I was in 2 of his progs...and liked them...it was all blown way out of proportion...
Bob either likes to portray himself as the victim from all of us 'meanies'...or the big savior..
you know what?? GO...be whoever you want, Bob....I don't CARE!!!

3) The way he let Jake take the fall for the Terry incident. BOB gave Jake that info...divulged the info....yet, he gave TERRY the benefit of the doubt over those damn screenshots..NOT Jake--his friend. Thats what set me off that one night on ASA...I heard Jake's voice...all bummed...and Sandra's disloyalty wasn't too dim in my mind..and I got angry...
I told Jake to tell everyone that Bob told him...why was he taking the fall?? I guess Jake just didn't want to lash BACK out at Bob..like Bob did him.

4) I NEVER, EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR called Bob a scammer....not ONCE!!!!
I have made THAT clear as well, yet its ignored. I do NOT think he is one...I think he wants these progs to be HUGE...I think he wants to make sure what happened to his wife doesn't happen to anyone else...I DO think Bob wants to build something good for his members...
there hasn't been ONE damn email or post where someone who cares for me AND is in Bobs programs hasn't asked me: should I leave Bobs programs?? and I've said YES...I ALWAYS tell them to stay IN...not to be silly and let MY dislike for Bob stand in the way of them --or anyone--making money....If I thought Bob was a scam artist (like Sandra)...I would tell them to RUN. Have I ever?????????????????? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER....and I'm sick & damn tired of people twisting what I post and making it out like I ever called him that...or said he is a ponzi..

5) Ponzi...I have NEVER said he is one now...I think Bob has made sure he isn't...

ALL of this is moot anyway....because I started this digging on his processor...(and please keep in mind..Bobs PROGS have NEVER been questioned by me...ONLY his processor)...

I actually believed admins COULD be real...genuine...trustworthy...etc...
That has ALL changed now...so, I have a different feeling toward the whole Bob Krimm deal.
I will keep a safe distance from all admins...if they need me; I'll be there to help. But, if & when I see those red flags...and I hear a BS story..I will post that I think it's BS...no more 'wanting to believe in Sam, Dick, Harry, or Sally...to the point where I get logic muddled'. I now will go into these conversations with the knowledge that I will probably be getting a small-medium sized song & dance...

Since I don't think any of them can be trusted for too long....then how can I say anything against Bob--because of a few dishonest moments?? God knows Sandra built up to MONTHS of lies...

If I cant trust someone I spoke to on the phone 3-5x a day for 6 months...I cant trust any of them for too long...or with too much.
I think Bob has NO intention of scamming....now I wonder how long Sandra had her plan TO do this?? I am confused...angry...and full of distrust and sickened by the lack of loyalty...
I have learned there is no place for it....you all just want to make money...so, go do it.

Just don't be naive like I was and take EVERYTHING any admin says at face value (like they'll be here forEVER.....that cant happen...even if they bust it TRYING)...

You all who bitched & moaned about my trust in HER...you're doing the same thing.
So, when you take the moat out of YOUR eye...then come pick my splinter out...

I could be a total bitch and out of my dislike for Bob all these months...I could be a lame ass and yell: Bobs a ponzi...bob's a scammer...but, I never did...because I didn't believe that.

I posted some facts...clear ones...easily verified for anyone who cares about looking up something on your own...NOT speculation...FACT. If you all don't care...why should I?
I see things differently now...
I will concentrate on catching the former scammer sons of bitches from coming back and screwing you all...and I will be able (if I'm looking at it) to catch admins who plan on hitting & running.
I ran a full check on Sandra....just to make SURE I wasn't fooling myself....(see, I didn't just do it on Bob...I did it on HER, too)....
It's obvious some of these admins change...get greedy....go hormonal...or whatever their lame reasoning is for screwing us over.
Don't forget my motives ARE to protect...I didn't want Bobs processor to be illegal and then he gets a cease & desist ordered...then where would all your monies have been?? In the same damn place as 12DP monies.
The bloggers who seem to be 'causing trouble'--some of us are the very ones naive' enough to think people actually CARE about ANYTHING other than making money.
Some say: thats what we're here for....maybe they're right.
If thats what they want....fine. I don't care...
I've lost my desire to carry the integrity torch....my fire is gone for that.
I'll do what I do....try to help those who want it....
Many want to only point out my failures....no one ever remembers the HUNDREDS I've called correctly...it's more fun to notice the bad...its human nature.
Jake on ASA knows...he knows how many I pegged correct when I was picking premiums there eons ago...
See...no one knows those...and thats ok. Anyone can have good records when they have just started...or pick the best ones...(even 4 months ago...anyone could tell by logic that Bob would boom...)....
Try doing this for 16-18 months...& we'll see how high & mighty you are then...

My energy is being spent on a plan to nail Sandra Gant's ass to the wall...

She took on the wrong person...I spent time with my dad this weekend (the one who is good friends with not only US Marshalls--but, US DEPT of Justice people...and a couple of secret service agents--as well as HUNDREDSSSSSSSSS of REAL advertising gurus)...
So, the visit yielded 4 things:

1) splendid ideas on how to nail Sandra
2) splendid ideas on how to make MY site more legit than any before (cant give that secret away just yet....but, its my dad's contacts that will make this a dream)...
3) time with my wonderful mom & dad
4) time with my sister who has her bridal shower...(upcoming wedding on Feb 10th)..

I want you all to know that I am more negative and angry...so, I'll apologize in advance.
I felt better being away over the weekend...I realized how caught up I get in this craziness...and I'm sorry for my emotions getting in the way sometimes. I'm doing something about it...
I feel responsible for anyone I brought to TN...the hurt any of you are going through...much less money lost. I'm sorry....I am building a site that will have TRUE outside sources...
this is different than what you're used to.....(as far as outside revenue)...so, you'll see soon.

ok...time to update on MANY things: Long one...but, worth reading (IMHO):

I can't seem to shake the negative feelings I have about this industry as a whole--and, that's probably a good thing. I was told by someone last night that I have too much 'estrogen' (lol)...
well, yeah...we females will have that tendency...(thank god)...
It's funny...I was talking to Leo (Drunkonlife) the other night and mentioned that same thing...people tell me to 'let things go'...and I answer: I guess it's the 'woman thing' that makes me more emotional at times. There IS no room for being a 'softy' (of course my 'softy' side is geared toward the people...and feeling despair for them when they lose--especially if it's due to me--)--
There is no room for trust--relationships w/ admins--false honesty--belief that integrity resides in this industry--or any other 'happy, happy, joy, joy' feelings.
I was told to get back that tough skin I possessed months ago--before "Stormy" sabotaged my trust and belief that admins in this industry COULD be 'good' somehow.
I agree that my 'tough' nature must return full throttle--and it shall. I'm back to being 'me'--whether some like it or not: I will call it as I see it--and if I do: I have the proof: period.
Take it--leave it: I don't care. If you don't like it...move on and read some happy--happy--joy--joy BS somewhere else; where fantasies thrive and realism is ignored.
I'm not meaning that there aren't good people in this industry--there are. There are 'good' admins (course...'good' is a relative term...a truly UNdefined word)...
there are certainly good surfers....people like the rest of us...just looking for a way to earn some extra money...pay the bills and MAYBE have something left over to treat our families to something nice.
My convo last night with a friend had us relaying how 'simpler' things were 'back in the good times'--then we realized: there really werent 'good times'--it was just different.
We both asked ourselves: " why do we do this?" "are we really helping?" " is it worth the 'feelings' we ALL have? (Once again...back to the misconception that most of us CAN keep some type of feeling out)...
I ask myself that question daily anymore--I am working on ways to get over my utter contempt for many people/admins/scams/lies/deceit/dishonesty/lack of integrity.
If I am to stay in this rat-race, I WILL have to accept things as they are--and quit fooling myself in thinking that there ARE TRULY honest and altruistic admins.
They all, in one way or another, make decisions based on less than honest intentions. This industry has a way of 'softening' the lines of where character and deceit lie.
It 'softens' the conscience into justifying certain areas. The thought process of: 'the end justifies the means' comes to mind.
I read a post from someone I used to trust and care for that stated this:(paraphrased) "When people constantly question an admin after their hard work--I don't blame certain admins for closing up shop and TAKING OFF WITH FUNDS".
Let me explain something: there is NEVER a reason or justification to 'run off with funds'...
That's an example of how this industry allows people to justify bullshit actions.
I think this happens to MANY admins (who WERE honest to begin with)...they work hard to make members happy...then something legit DOES happen to throw a curve in the plans..
Admins work harder to rectify the situations...people begin whining & complaining (which god knows they can do)....admins work harder...people whine some more...and before you know it: admins justify their hard work for no gratitude and figure: "screw them all--I'll just take whats mine"...I bet this happens more than we think. (enter Dave Cannard theory #1A)

Now, many of you may have heard that I plan on opening up a site. Yes, it's a risk--but, I will vow to always be honest IF things arise that will throw a curve in my plans.
There is a wonderful team of people ready to go...(many of us screwed over by TN)...since, "Stormy" obviously didnt think our ideas and brain power were 'enough'...we will put it to good use on our own concept.
This will NOT be thrown together...it will be months before it comes to fruition...and you can bet: when it does--all T's will be crossed--and all I's dotted.
If the plan cannot guarantee enough backup plans and reserves for disasters and months to come--it wont happen. I will NOT operate a ponzi...EVER!!!!!!!
Just a 'heads-up' that it's being worked on. Since I cannot trust most admins TRULY...I know I can trust ME and the team in place to make a safe place for people.
I wanted to work on a recovery plan for TN's site--but, have recently discovered that what I thought was real--is not. I want to distance myself from as many memories there as humanly possible. I want to be excited about MY plans...not rescuing a sunk ship caused by the lack of many things somewhere else. I wanted to help the members there any way I could to recover any funds....I feel a responsibility to all TN members. I decided my plan will be best served giving them a new place to be...Stay Tuned!

Now...on to other 'industry' news:

Command Bravo is back and paying!! I mentioned before that I missed this site. Matt & Israel have worked hard to make something here...they don't give up...they try to make plans to make their sites even better. They have been around longer than most. I, for one, will be sinking more of my funds here....I implore you all to support these 2 guys.
I talk to Matt on a regular basis--and I feel they deserve much more support than they have gotten. They WANT to treat members right; please give them this chance. Payouts have started...and will continue the next few days until all are paid. I was paid 2 nights ago: Thanks, guys.
DSM is due back Friday...I have missed this site as well. Dustin has some great plans on making DSM a great site again as well. It's worth looking at seriously, too.
Manic Ads: Wow...impressive. Many ideas I had for a site I see here. Mike has outdone himself....I still find new things here I didn't know were there. I see this one becoming HUGE in the next month or two.
Denali-surf: I've had some opportunities to talk to Ryan here at Denali. He, too, is sick of the bullshit in this industry. He has some interesting plans for the future.
Coastin88 & CEPC: Love these sites. Trevor is looking into ways to make CEPTrust as legit as possible. I was concerned with this--as I was TSMC--I know Trevor & his team will work on this to make sure no loopholes are overlooked. More on this later.
AS49: Mike continues to do well--I enjoy this site very much. I get paid in 8-9 'normal' days everytime. The routine there is very predictable--which is a good thing.
Trickle Down Cash: a new one I joined. I like the low roi and the fact that Miriam has been plugging along for a year now. She flies under the radar--which is good. No drama here, folks...just a good admin who works on keeping members happy.
Eleven-11-surf: I wanted to make sure everyone knew this is a good site. Brenda is a wonderful woman...who deserves support. My funds slowed to the point where I had to narrow it down to a few sites. My upgrade expired here and I hadn't upgraded in awhile--that's been remedied--as Brenda does a great job and has that personal touch.
The Ultimate Surf: Nick continues to make his program stronger..and I will continue to support him. He is worth supporting, people. NO referral commission--BUT, who cares? I'll take him anyday and twice on Sunday.

Other-not so heartwarming news-:

24Daily Pro revival? PLEASE!!!!!!! PTSD can't pay...(as most of Will's other sites haven't)...so, since he needs attention drawn away from those disasters--he wants us to believe he has found a way to refund 24DP members and restart it?? I have some beach front property for sale in Arizona, too...interested??? How many times will people fall for the same bullshit stories from the same admins? I know we all want to believe--but, fall for this one at your own peril.
PTSPAYpro: I don't like what I am seeing--something IS rotten in Denmark here, people...and it isn't the food. We'll see what develops. Always drama...who knows what Terry really wanted to do with that 70k--he could very well have wanted to use it for investments...or not. We'll never know. The amts in Terry's TSMC account should have been kept quiet, though...see what I mean about this industry? It never end...Terry did refund members....and he did spend time getting the site back..why run now? Whether Terry's 'feud' with Will is real or not--we don't know. Maybe he did see the light and distanced himself from "Slick Willy" and is trying to make a good site (even though that ROI is a gamble)...It does provide some entertainment, though...I'm sure things will come to light (as much as they can) soon enough.

Time for personal reflection and future inclinations:

Before I begin, I'll warn you that I have been more emotional, frustrated, and angry than I think ever in this industry. This will be a rather long post, but trust me--you'll find it either entertaining, depressing, enlightening, or pretty much all of the previous bound together.
I would rather lose more money than lose what, I feel, I have lost recently.
Emotion? Does it have a place in this crapshoot of surfing? No, it doesn't, & in a perfect, emotionless world...it wouldn't be. When you find THAT particular world...email me immediately...I'll be there. It's easy to write and say "leave emotion out"...but, face it...MONEY in itself is emotional....whether we are making it...or losing it.
So, why is it any surprise that we actually can become emotional (one way or the other) towards admins? I'm going to give you some, somewhat, personal insight into what makes me tick...what makes me the 'way I am sometimes'...I rarely 'let people too close' to me..I don't have time or energy for drama...manipulation by people..backstabbing BS, etc...it ticks me off royally.
I've been hurt more times than I can count in my life (as have many of us)...
So, once I met my husband--I decided I didn't care to have too many 'friends'--the one I did have then moaned & groaned about me NOT spending more time with HER..and less time w/my husband and young son (at that time)....I would sacrifice all I could for her...loan her money when she was in dire straights (which was often), and feel my energy drained.
When I met "Stormy" during my look at TN, we talked business only. I gained and verified certain info about her model...and as the months progressed (7 good ones in all)...we began a bonding during which we talked about everything you could imagine: political stances, religious beliefs, childhoods, past events in both of our lives, children, loyalty, the world in general, and on & on...I planned on taking my whole family to visit her on my spring break...
it was more than business...I even used to joke with her that somewhere along the line--my dad MUST have met her mom and we were somehow sisters...we laughed a LOT...just stupid stuff...
and it was good....or so I thought.

I know everyone out there who has lost here may never believe she is what I found her to be from April-late Oct.
All I know is what we shared as friends...which is why this is taking a BIG toll on me...
If it were JUST business, I'd be pissed..but, would get over it....but, having to sit & question every freaking talk we had--and wonder--is driving me nuts.
Now, here I sit...wondering how to help members...I DETEST anyone losing money--especially if they were there because of me.
Granted, I always advise to get seed money out...always. I always do and thats why my losses financially do not outweigh my wins.
I give people a lot of my own money when this shit happens...because even though I KNOW in my head--people should get seed out fast...etc...& my heart bleeds for the ones who got in late--and didn't get to experience TN when it was strong.

See...my stance on loyalty, I have found, does not fit in this industry...it SHOULD--but, once again...I tend to confuse idealism and realism...(ok..I don't confuse it...I wish for idealism--which is stupid)...
I am a VERY loyal person...to my detriment--even in my personal life...(I'm Italian...now you understand)...I 'assume' it's normal to be loyal....if someone gets your back...well, duh: you get theirs!! Right? Not in this industry, people.
It's RARE.......I see that..................now.
I vow to never allow myself to mix the business with friendship...not in this.
I will let you know what I know...with what I think based on logic alone....and the data, of course.

I have been great at being able to knock out who will 'hit & run' by scamming us....now, I need to somehow 'divine' when they will 'change', 'withdraw', 'alienate', or have any other multiple personality disorder.....(searching for that special rod)....
I can do what I do & thats it. I challenge anyone else to dig like I do...and find the things I have found. People only remember when you muck up...they usually fail to remember the times you saved them from a scammer who comes back hiding behind some other site(s)...(ie: 5050club)

I think it's time for me to do 2 things right now:

take a break from all the forums & a lot of other industry related things for awhile
start my own site (with the help of some very wonderfully talented people)

Oh: tidbit--
I went to log in to Todd's Surfsite "Monitor"....found myself banned. Why? Hmmm...wish I knew. I have posted there 4x in 3 months...last time was when TL came back..and I was answering questions. I have NO idea why I was banned...but, I find it totally irritating and disloyal. Like I did anything to anyone there--but, oh well.

This is what I mean about loyalty. The way I (and many) define loyalty in our lives is NOT the same loyalty in this damn industry. I have questioned whether I can even BE in this industry--as I even left advertising sales years ago-because even though I made a lot of money...I couldn't stand the lying...backstabbing and disloyal people.
In my field of gifted education, I get very anxious when I cant change things...I feel that anxiety here...the knowledge that 'this is how it is'...gets me sometimes.
I either have to accept it...or move on. I'll let you know what I decide.

New sites on my list are doing well; I'm VERY impressed with Mike from Manic Ads...well laid out & planned site. I haven't gotten the chance to talk to Mike yet...will try soon.

I also joined Ryan's: Denali Surf...and I like it so far.

Ryan emailed me not long ago...he has some future things that I wanted to hear more about.
Will let you know when I do.

Well, when you think it cant get worse...it does.

TFT's issues caught most of us by surprise. When email responses by Andy had slowed down...I started wondering if it was due to him having to work harder to get funds moving....my nagging feeling the last week and a half was there gnawing at me. I certainly didn't think it would result in Andy having to admit it was so bad that he would have to stop payouts for now...etc. I had JUST been thinking about how happy I was that I had TFT to count on....(lol)....yeah, so much for that.

XLO is a separate issue...so, people: don't confuse the 2. I think XLO WILL take a slowing hit as well--due to people NOT being able TO separate the 2--therefore, with all the losses for us lately, I think people will slow upgrades there as well.

It's raining...it's pouring, folks...where will it end?

I had to give myself a heart to heart in reference to TN the past week...finally let my thoughts and feelings fly on ASA...and found myself shocked that I even was. I feel I've been gutted like a fish. Here's to hanging on to my mom's miracle as something good to hang on to as 2006 being a wonderful year. Everything else can go away. Can it? We'll see.

Andrew from Midas-Surf: What in the world are you doing? DO NOT use MY name in your emails so people think I am on your side--fighting for you-- I am NOT. I wanted to be fair to you (since I called you a liar on ASA about your TN money)...I told you I saw the transaction of your payout FROM TN. Way back the last time when you got up your butt the intention of coming back and said she didnt pay you...Jake & I said you WERE paid. You, not once then, negated that to us...just went on a hiatus again. NOW...you're back--with the same claim. Since I want to be fair...as many people have NOT been paid in full from TN, I told you I would look at your transactions and see if your claim was valid. I would look at it all...have you tell me whether you opted IN or OUT (as that matters when figuring money owed)...and POST if YOU were correct that she DID owe you, and that I would tell her she DID owe you more. That was IT. That's much different than me interceding on your behalf and fighting to get you money. DO NOT use my name again in this manner...or you will see me TRULY angry. I dont know what happened to you either...but, I cant see any reasons why you have been out of the loop so long...and expect people to jump on board again. BTW: I still havent received this from Andrew. Enough of that, too.

I'm sick of many admins in this crapshoot...seriously, the lies...deceit...(and no, I don't mean TN)...if some of you only knew the LIES they tell..
Many wouldn't know the truth if it came up & introduced itself....it's pathetic.
Some lie with straight faces...and give you fancy reasons why you should believe them...or they hide their deception in faster payouts...
Bottom line: Many--if not MOST--people don't give a rats ass about anything except getting paid. Satan could open a prog and if he paid consistently for months...and gave you a song & dance about WHY he is evil--people would be: "well, at least he was honest about why he's evil...AND he pays...so, who cares ?"
Makes me sick. I will go broke NOT putting money in this industry if I have to support admins like this.
Many have told lies right now that I have the proof for....and people have no clue...I'd post it if I thought many cared one iota about honesty...but, they wont. So, why do it if I'm the one seen as trying to stir the magic pot? You're all big boys & girls...and if you want to believe the lie WHILE you get paid: Go for it. I'm not your mama...

You want the truth...you know where to find me. Ive been stupid enough to believe that when people saw the truth...they'd automatically care...most do NOT. THAT, my friends, is what this industry can do to people. Let's all wear our rose-colored glasses, shall we?
We've all done it...difference is: when some of us begin to see how EVERYTHING always looks so disgustingly rosy...we begin to wonder why and how it can be? Others: just nod and walk along smelling the fake flowers. They fail to see the mirage they walk in...but, oh well.

These older scammers seem to be coming back in new progs to catch you all with your pants down...so: BE CAREFUL!!
Also, many small-mid size progs will begin showing the crisis of the money they lost using funds for 13DP and 12x12daily...so, watch it. (Not to mention the funds on hold with TFT as well.)

Small update and somewhat of a rant ahead:

12x12daily: Well, what a week, huh? I can say Dave is NOT the same Dave he was back in 2005.
I remember old newsletter posts by Dave where he swore off ponzis...never had too much good to say about them...and would write how it was hard enough for him to maintain a 1% site--much less a high one. Of course, he was in 12dp...and figured more power to them.

When he went against his core knowledge and opened 12x12...no doubt he wanted/needed money to help pay his baby: DnD's....
Ok...he admitted it....and I always found Dave to shoot from the hip....Dave, what happened to you? What happened to the great guy we used to know?
What I find the MOST deceitful was taking upgrades yesterday. How are THOSE used to make payouts, Dave? They upgrade (some THOUSANDS of dollars)...and wake up to NO 12x12 and NO money. SAD!! Downright DISGUSTING!
You can hide behind your TOS all you want, Dave...but the members ALSO paid for advertising, didnt they? They certainly didnt get their 12 days of paid advertising, did they?
Shame on you...did you NOT know last night you would be closing? Yet, you let the fear of people NOT having their 50% in go...and you ALLOWED them to upgrade even last night..KNOWING what your site would read TODAY!!

If you EVER had an ounce of integrity ---you will REFUND those immediately.

The only light comes from sticking with admins who TRY harder than others...who have a decent rep...and who do their "damnest" to keep their word. There are a few left, very few mind you, who DO have good intentions...but, even THEY hit hurdles. This is why I write: it's ALL a gamble, people...it's who has the best poker face that often wins. It's not always the good guys either...........unfortunately.

Well, my thoughts on the following:

Sorry to see Adsharesurf is taking a hiatus--I was just starting to enjoy this one. Hopefully, Brian will get things resolved and be back soon.

13DP: I hate to see people lose here--I'll especially hate to see progs who had a bunch here & may suffer. When 13DP first had issues, I had gotten inside info (not totally verified) that gave me extreme reason to not trust them. I began posting my concerns way back when it was happening. I think I was frustrating Mordk--who I think VERY highly of--and seeing as how I couldn't verify this rumor with an even 95% accuracy rate...I stopped posting about my concerns. Everyone who has EVER emailed me about 13DP has gotten my feelings on them. I didn't disclose WHY I felt this way to hardly anyone...but, I felt compelled when emailed about my opinion on 13DP...to answer. I was beginning to think maybe that intel I got way back when I was in 13dp...and making a NICE amount from my own funds and referrals-(I did, however email ALL referrals way back when I left and told them to think about getting out)...was inaccurate--since Bo was doing well lately. Now that this has occured...maybe the intel was accurate...maybe Bo WAS biding his time getting people 'comfy'--or maybe the greed just NOW started getting him...I don't know. I've been emailed so many times for my opinion of 13dp...because no one could understand why I wasn't in...now you know.

PTSPayPro/APP connection: I haven't had a ton of time to dig on this...I got word from someone this could be connected. I started an 'excavation' some last night...and didn't see any STRONG indicators so far. ' Granted, the links re-directing to the old APP site would be freaky, but it can also be explained. I certainly wouldn't leave that there knowing people might think it WAS Good ole' Rob again...but, until I find strong server connections and tracer routes...I wont say it's Rob...

That leads me to 5050club and maximumsurf.net: This data DOES all lead to Charlie. There is NO doubt it is him. I am looking at 10x20 as another possible sites he is connected to as well. There are 21 some sites on the 5050club server...and a bunch on the Infinity Pay (which I feel is Charlie's and a sucky processor at that...NO SSL) server to cross reference...guilt by association is NOT full proof...so, until I cross reference all...I cant say for sure YET which ones on this server ARE his, also. Cross referencing can take an ungodly amount of time (which is something I rarely have during the weekdays)....rest assured: I will go through them one by one & let you all know. I lost it some (well...not bad...lo) on the 5050club thread on ASA when someone asked me why in the hell I couldn't 'leave it alone'?? I got upset...it astounds me how some can know who this is...and not care about MORE people being scammed. It's like "I'm damned if I do...& damned if I don't"
...what I wouldn't give to go back to Lance from NowDollar and know about Harrold's Media to KNOW to cross reference...it's not easy...knowing to be FULLY sure, I'd have to cross reference EVERY site--with any other site just to compare. It's not possible...and it makes it easy for some former scammers to revisit us with new sites. Anymore, if I see anything that seems 'familiar' with a new site, I start looking at possible comparisons.

I've joined Blue Heaven Mails...but, wont be BIG on it until I've searched more...I'm enjoying it so far...will let you know soon if it's ok enough for more of you to join.

LONG update ahead:

I have a LOT to write about; some I am shooting from the hip about--need to get things 'off my chest'...so, get ready.

First thing I need to write in depth about: The Network.

Anyone who was in TN when it was a powerhouse knows why it's hard to see it the way it is now. People who joined near the end of the 'good times'--have to be outraged. At least those of us who had good times in plenty...we can be more tolerant. But, even those are losing it.

Well, I cant leave her...I know her heart..I know her motives. I am loyal....bottom line. If I thought she was lying...out to screw people..I'd expose it all.
Yes, this IS a business...and objectivity is essential. Being objective--I can't blame anyone for not wanting to put more in until you've reaped what you sowed months ago when TN was thriving. If I were YOU...I wouldnt either until the tide turns. I can tell you that things WERE launched TOO soon --not enough testing in some sites especially. They wanted to 'get going'--get people earning again--and the burden on the script of manually changing things has taken its toll.
They MUST take the time--get away from everything else--and FOCUS BIG TIME. They need NO distractions...and then they can assess what happened EXACTLY and how to keep it from hurting us again.
The pendings seen by us members in many sites are NOT visible in their admin panels--what would you have them do?? Pay blind? Take the chance they will pay incorrectly causing a whole other issue? NO...they cannot. They MUST take this closed off time now...and get it taken care of: ONCE & FOR ALL.
Let them work...so we can ALL get back to the TN we know.

People ask me: "Why do you still support Stormy"?
Let me give you this analogy:

Think of that admin that you love the most--trust the most. Say you've made a lot of money for months with him/her. Now throw in that you established a good relationship w/ him/her...
Heard their dreams...visions...have conversations about how you both wanted to change the industry to give people something real...stable...etc...

Now...crap happens...yeah..they make some bad calls...they try to remedy them...and more crap happens...(even the things they may have created unknowingly)....but, you know they are working to fix it all..lest they admit failure--which is not in his/her nature to do. This is someone you feel a camaraderie with...a peace...a connection...someone you feel you can call "friend".
Someone you've cried with, someone you've made plans with...someone you've talked to in their most sullen place...someone who divulged their inner desires to help others along with you.

NOW...you know all of this...you know the errors, the mistakes, the anger people feel not only at your friend, but YOU for bringing them into the mess it has become; yet, you know how it was...and how it can be...do you dump this person?
Walk away...when you KNOW they need YOU?

Thats where I'm at...loyalty is BIG with me...she's been loyal to me...she's shared her dreams with me....her vision...we've shared how we want these programs to be...
she has shared her concern of making a place where people dont have to fear being scammed.

and if she can JUST get a grip here...I know it CAN BE all of that.
I just cant walk away...I cant leave her.

So, if for one minute YOU find yourself reading this and thinking I am in 'cahoots' here trying to scheme w/ her on how to steal your money....KNOCK IT OFF!!
I've never even been able to take a penny from the "take a penny tray" in stores...it's not in me to scheme...steal...and I can tell you: it's not in Stormy either.

I have mentioned I think audits for the old sites should have just been done...they should have been closed down...revamped to have one profit sharing and one regular...(even 2 profit sharing)..MANY things could have been done differently....

It's all water under the bridge...what do we do with the mess before us now as members?
Other than to wait it out; honestly, I dont know--and that is VERY hard for me to write. It's always been hard for me to admit I'm HELPLESS in something....I see script errors, I see programming issues, changes that are GOOD--but implemented at a time when people just cant absorb any more.

The new 50/50 concept is wonderful...I wanted it instead of the 40/60 to begin with.
BUT...timing is essential in any implementation...
The timing on SO MANY THINGS HERE IS OFF!! They need to understand that just because THEY know there are no cash flow issue right now...doesn't mean members know it.
We are trained to see those RED FLAGS....and members will NOT love anyone SO much that they turn a blind eye to those. Anyone who does turn a blind eye (no matter WHO IT IS)...is NOT being prudent.
I know as of NOW...cash is NOT the issue here....(of course they need and want new money...they cant survive indefinitely without it; but they were in wonderful shape before this mess occured...they had the money then...they have it now)....
What is irritating me NOW...is losing the pulse of members to the tune of thinking that just because people love the program....they wont wonder about the red flags...

They WILL...and adding new things that make them think it more DOES NOT HELP.
There are logical explanations--I've never seen so many messed up script issues...
Something has to change and FAST. Manpower has to be added...

People: I'm ticked as well...don't think I'm not. I am...I am frustrated, annoyed, and irritated to the point where I leave my house now to get away from forums....I see this in members and I feel helpess TO help.

I know this woman, though, and I KNOW she is trying VERY hard to fix it all....she wants "A" to happen...and "B" happens instead...
Too much to do and not enough time to make it happen. She felt she shouldn't have started payouts when she did...because she saw the script issues potentially adding up, and she didn't want even MORE people ticked when payouts became late...

I take the blame for this..because I talked her into starting them!! I told her people needed money...and they would understand if issues arose LATER because they would have seen them, at least, started. I guess I was wrong..I should have known that once money starts coming in....THEN slows...people get angry.
Blame ME for this one; she knew when the reg sites went to Profit sharing (TL, J4T)...that the script might get complicated....right now, they cant even tell which pendings there are accurate and which ones are NOT; hence the delay in those.

I just wanted to let you in on my thoughts here; I feel for HER and I feel for members...
I have loyalty to both...and like I wrote: if I thought she was stringing anyone along, I wouldn't put up with it.

I can only hope she doesn't give up..and I can only hope that things turn around and we see TN as the powerhouse it was when we all fell in love with it.

2) 2nd thing I need to write about: Tri-Star Mess

It took me a LONG time to get over my shock, hurt, and anger over this. I couldn't even THINK about blogging after that--or even a few days after. I refused to REACT over it (on here), so it was best for me to get myself together...get my shock & anger in check...and I did.
I could write a short story on how that all started....I could show you pm's of conversations between me & Bob when he DID plead for my support...and pm's between me & Brookie where I made it CRYSTAL clear that I would NEVER even THINK about sharing that private info about Bob. I certainly didn't care--it didn't make me, a Tri Star member--leery of HIM as a person or as an admin. If I were going to post something JUICY...or something worthy of threatening someone with--it certainly would be something bigger and 'better' than a bankruptcy.
I am not made that way...I don't work that way. I used it in an example to someone interested in data too...(someone very fond of these programs who I knew wouldn't care about this either) as something that I would NEVER use publicly.
I can tell you the story of how this ALL started (and ended for me) it was about addresses: plain & simple. Bob knew I did reports on peoples' requests...he knew he was picked by them--I did the right thing and went to HIM first. It was insignificant...some multiple addresses....and the one on an old domain record didnt match. I knew there was a logical explanation...and I set out to get it from HIM. That way, any members who read this data (on the addresses ONLY) wouldn't think: Hmm....why does Bob have these varying addresses?

Now, I could go into the whole 9 week song & dance on how I contacted Brookie many times reminding her Bob still had not addressed these simple issues...and I was leaving for my mom's soon and wanted my report (with Bob's input) done before I left.

I will not go into all of it....bottom line: I NEVER posted anything bad about him...or his programs on my blog...and it wasn't until Brookie alluded to me lying about having his info that I became angry and posted some things on The Safe List.
Brookie & I settled all of that. She was cordial and genuinely remorseful once she understood the misunderstanding. It was then we had a few nice chats in pm's and we discussed this bankruptcy wherein I told her in no uncertain terms that I felt Bob was a nice guy and there would be NO PURPOSE in EVER revealing that...it was private and had NO bearing on Bob as a person/admin.

As far as I knew...it was over. 2 days later, I got a PM on ASA asking me what the hell was going on. You all know the rest. Thats the story.
What I got from that 'show', I did not deserve. Maybe if I HAD posted that on every forum available to actually embarass him: then yeah, I could see sitting on a show and poking fun at me in a way that I couldnt believe. You'd think I did something REALLY bad to get what came at me. I did feel like I was being targeted by 2 bullies....
I did no special digging...no illegal search...I did what I always do now (after Mr. Lance from ND screwed us all)....I DIG...I do checks. It was included in a comprehensive..and when it came up, I thought: Hmmm...no biggie.

Bob said it when he said: I dig deep; you bet I do...from now on, I will on anyone.
People who get these reports want detail...and I give more now than ever before, and any criminal activity that shows up in my searches (and these are paid searches)....I WILL reveal.

That's it in a nutshell...I don't need any more elaboration...as I don't care enough TO elaborate.

Long overdue update below:

People are asking about the new: Adsurfdaily--
Yes, the admin control panel is accessible--which accounts for the many people complaining their upgrades are not showing up...some possibly went to a hacker's account in Egold. Surprise? No...UPDATE as of 11/22: Admin panel issue is now resolved--I emailed the programmer back today to verify it IS resolved.
Adsurfdaily jumped through many hoops to promote their security...their program; so, no surprise that an attempt was made to prove they werent as secure as they claimed.
They do have servers through Rackspace--which is great. To not guarantee that investment w/ a proper script, though--was irresponsible, IMO. Andy (full name: Thomas Anderson Bowdoin) seems to have a good business background for sure. He has many incorporations...and his basic info all checks out. Why he didnt hire programmers to ensure the script didnt have holes is beyond me...but, I'm sure this will be rectified. For now, it's NOT one I will be recommending.

They have issues w/ MX records, also...which accounts for many not getting activation emails.
That, too, is basic...and needed to be addressed in pre-launch.
Their success (or failure) will be seen w/ time...at least the physical address...and basic info for Thomas A. checks out--which is more than I can write for many admins out there 'claiming' to be transparent.

The AdsurfDaily thread on Chad's 'Safelist' was interesting yesterday...if you dont spend much time there--I'd advise that you do. Good stuff...and good people. Chad was a former Surf Tutor client of mine (before I closed it)....and he is dedicated to the truth as well. He has awesome members there...and an awesome team. I've been swamped-as usual--so, forgive me if my replies to emails and pm's are taking longer.
Once I returned home from my parents' home, I started feeling 'under the weather'--am starting to feel more 'myself' now...just in time for Thanksgiving.

My matrix, The Oracle: Mrsvee Says, will hopefully open either Nov. 30th--or into the first few weeks of Dec. for Founders, etc.

The mess w/ transfers at TN have definitely thrown Stormy and the team for a 'loop'.
People ask if she now wonders if it would have been better to just re-vamp the old sites...do audits...etc...
I think maybe so. I know I do. This turned into way more than that team anticipated--I just wish I could have been accessible to help there more--but, family duty called.
Payments started late last night for GSIT--but did begin and will, hopefully, finish by today.
I'm sure with every new script glitch that arises...that team wants to scream at levels only dogs can hear; but, members need to be reminded that they are only human...and could have given up a long time ago.
Bottom line: It's ALL frustrating; but, hindsight is 20/20 and we dont have the time or energy to re-hash the 'shoulda', 'woulda' 'coulda' mentality....all the team can do is move forward as much as possible and work hard to meet the deadlines and challenges they have created to make TN a success once again.

I get irritated (ok, I get angry) at the idiots on the ASA monitor who THINK they know all about me, Stormy...and others in TN. They cant even get her name right...then they think I am her...then they post I have a criminal record along with "Sara Gant"....to which I laugh first then wish I had their face in front of me.
I would certainly be the first teacher to be allowed in the profession WITH a criminal record.
I would offer a substantial monetary reward for any idiot who can produce such a record.
If you think this crap is true--I tell you what: you email me with your bullshit accusations, and I will give you all my personal info...and the freaking $ 50 bucks for the background check.
IF you find ANYTHING: I'll bow down and kiss your feet (provided you come to me)...and I'll pay you $ 500. (once again--provided you get off your lazy ass & come to me)
IF you can't do this...and prove anything: shut your face and get a life. Arrogant pricks who have nothing in their 'bag' but accusations...get a grip. Put up or shut up!

I wanted to make people aware that this season is also the time when scammers will rise from the depths to take your money: geez, they have presents to buy, too...(enter sarcastic grin here)...SO, be cautious with any new programs that SEEM wonderful...you could wind up financially supporting their holiday shopping sprees.

I've also been getting some emails regarding MVP Surf: I made it clear I am supporting Michael because I think he is trying. I have pendings from Oct 16th...so, it's not about getting paid for me. I just think he tries hard--so, I support him.

I made that clear about The Ultimate Surf and MVP Surf. Nick from The Ultimate Surf seems to be re-bounding well; Michael is having a tougher time.

Dustin from DSM feels he will be coming back--which I am happy to hear. I think Dustin has what it takes to make it work--he certainly is persistent. He plans on implementing the profit sharing type model--which I think is good. I wish him well and will continue to be a part of DSM.

Command Bravo/Surf continue to do well--despite people having nothing better to do than start rumors that they may fail since Dustin announced (then) that he was closing.

Amazing, once again, that people have nothing better to do than create drama about programs who do nothing but support, pay, and create new ideas to be even more successful.
I will continue to raise my upgrade at Bravo...I commend Matt & Israel for good work.
You all would be smart to put your money in CB and CS. Support the admins who bust their butts making their programs better--that only makes sense, does it not?

Andy from XLO & TFT continually astonish me. I applaud Andy for his no nonsense ways and his dedication to not participate in anything except making his programs the best and keeping his members happy. You CANNOT go wrong in these programs.

I also applaud Jason and Stacy from EZsurfnEarn and Wicked Hits...as well as Deana in the partnership in the Dimension sites. Great work...great vision...and you all have my support.

Mike from AS49: great work; I like this program and I like Mike. This one will be gaining more of my support (on here as well as in the form of upgrades)...

Discovery Leads is doing very well, too....big earnings lately...and I'm enjoying those while they last.

CepCoast, of course, continues to do very well. The earnings have dropped...but, if you all sit down & figure what that percent equates to when one can cash out daily and 're-up'...you'll be shocked. Dont knock it until you've tried it.

I've seen people recently try to knock the profit sharing types. Do they ALL start out ponzi based? Well...probably. We dont really know, though...but, its safe to assume they do.
Dont fool yourself into thinking, though that ALL surfs do NOT....they do.
The good thing about profit sharing models is the tendency to survive longer...
NOW...ones that take the built in (and accumulated) reserves and do something with it..are being responsible...if they do NOT: then they are irresponsible.
It's always based on what you do to INCREASE funds...or just 'roll with it'....a good admin team will do what it takes to increase those funds to make the program MORE secure than NOT.
It's all a gamble, people....ok? Deal with it...and do the best you can.

12x12 Daily seems to be doing well...I'm increasing my funds there as well. I've been paid on time numerous times now...I've always liked Dave....I just always wonder what made him launch a program he used to not respect (model wise)? Who knows...I think he realized paying members in DnDave's was more important than his opinions and set out to join the model and just use that honesty and sharpness he possesses to do the best he can. I'm glad he is increasing security...as that is always the knife in the back of a good prog....

Eleven-11-surf is also doing well. Brenda is a caring, wonderful woman...I'm glad I joined and have gotten to know her.

DSM calls it quits: bummer.
I applaud Dustin for shutting down upgrades now...and not later.
Wish I had put in for a cashout request sooner now...(lol)...just did a few days ago after never doing it w/ them. My time has been very limited to surf many sites...and DSM was one I always put on the backburner to surf. I wish Dustin all the best...and I would think everyone will be getting refunds as he promised.

I will mention something about corporate sponsors here: yes, an attempt was made to gain the attention OF corporate sponsors. Being in an advertising background way before I was in teaching--and learning from my Dad who is STILL a top dog in the advertising industry ...I can tell you the ONLY way to actually get and maintain corporate sponsorships is more than an ad on a rotator for 10-20 seconds. They will DEMAND reciprocal feedback: purchasing is the bottom line.
They may be interested in trying this surfing industry out to feel around...assess traffic...but, a contract with any of them will require purchasing minimums.
They gain millions through TV, Radio, Newspaper, and other internet venues.
They will try this out for kicks...but, the bottom line is money....selling power.

Surf members whine when they have to surf 50+ sites...how do we expect them not to whine if they actually had to BUY something? You do the imaginary cheese w/ your 'wine' scenario--see what YOU come up with.
This industry has bred people who want to be spoon fed everything (shoot...not just this industry has bred them...life has)....do we actually think people will do anything more than flick their wrist to hit the manual 'next' button?? Paleeze.
It's a shame, too...because this industry COULD boom if people were willing to look at this AS an industry...a TRUE advertising vehicle. If members did...maybe corporate sponsors would think about a TRUE trial run.

I've still talked to him through all this time...and there is much he is doing to finish off those refunds. There were a few things that hindered him...but, I had told him to establish OUTSIDE income streams...and not rely on other surf programs.
He has been working on this...and I feel when he's ready...things will be much better this time around. We'll see what all he plans on about finishing off the last refunds to make himself squared away w/ former members.

I like 1st Dimension ads...nice layout--the admin team has done very well here. I look forward to a nice earning potential here. This team is great at member support and overall knowledge on running sites. Feel good about these.

Discovery Leads (new profit sharing one from The Network)....I jumped on this one on my own as not to miss 83% profits right now.
There will be some new surprises to come --so stay tuned.
Things are looking up w/ TN...I know so many are upset--with good reason.
It's moving along...and in 8-9 days (lost count)....all the frustration will be a thing of the past. Her goal is to have all in....she is working 12-16 hr days to move this along as fast as it can go.
The old payouts (which I remind her of...and she doesn't forget)..will all be done once this madness is over.

I told Stormy we should do a current/past member appreciation thing. The new incentives for new members is great....but, those who have waited patiently deserve some 'kudos' moreso.
Stormy had been tossing that around as well (in between 16 hr days of spreadsheets)...and asked me to come up w/ good ideas that would show appreciation for all the madness lately.
It's in the works.

All the new surfs look great...a LOT of planning & time went into these...and look for some added surprises in the next 2 weeks.

Someone asked me if TOO many profit sharing progs arise--will that negate the concept and make them all less likely to thrive?

Needless to write: this concept has just BEGUN to take off...there is CEPCoast booming..and how many others right now? 1, 2?
Plenty of time...not to mention--that since this model has less mathematical indication of being ABLE to fail (as long as it gets momentum and popularity right off the bat, in particular)...there can be 200 of them.
The ones who gain popularity, momentum...and allow people daily cashouts (for one)...will do well. I am excited about the strength of this model...and see a new future for anyone who participates in them.
As long as we have honest admins, who are not out to steal funds, these models will do well for all of us.

I just saw a surf by IVM--she & I used to mod together--she is a good woman--this program is worth you looking at. 5% for 30 days--Egold---payouts requestable once a week.

I was excited to see this....and am in now.

OK....quick update:
First, news on my mom: Surgery went GREAT!! Doctor feels confident he got all the cancer...he actually said some of what he found appeared DEAD....(tell me prayer doesn't work!!)...
I am so happy....my family is ecstatic...my mom is still pretty 'doped up'....so, she is not even fully aware of how great the surgery went.

People please understand I cannot answer a bunch of emails & pm's right now...my mom is an hr & a half away in the hospital...I am driving everyday back & forth...getting back at my parents' house late most nights...I just cannot answer a bunch of issues in emails. I hope you can understand. Support items w/ the Network need to be handled through them...I dont have the time to intercede, ok? Things are running as smoothly as possible to get people surfing over there.
They can either get 75 people in a day in 1-2 surfs...or 35-40 in 3-4 surfs...they are trying to get MORE people in--rather than the same people in more surfs.
Yes, we've all had to be patient...probably more patient than we should have HAD to be...
but, I think it will be worth it...if you dont...no one will hold anything against you for getting out.
Just dont whine about it all over & over....we are ALL waiting....

Now...on to other things. Seems when I take off...things happen...LOL...

quick update...some news:

Network sites (some) should be 'surfable' by late this week...(yeah!!)....transfers/audits are occuring now...so, should be very soon. I've missed surfing here...so, I was talking to Stormy earlier and 'harassing her' to hurry up...lol...

So, you all have been patient...be ready to surf some sites later this week...
Stormy will also post for you all a spreadsheet that you can compare & contrast some possibilities.
I've been telling her to get this out...as many are doing homeade spreadsheets that do nothing but miscalculate and spread confusion. It has to stop. If you feel you must do one...do it for yourself...and please stop copying & pasting these everywhere. Math is not MOST peoples' subjects...so, when there ARE errors, miscalculations...and variables that are left out (keep in mind the variables will differ for EVERYONE)....it causes confusion...amd mass chaos.

I CAN tell you...that NO ONE will need a yr (or even 6 months) to get principle back & make a profit...UNLESS you use the minimums and always take the max OUT...and rarely put any back in. This is common sense that if you keep little in--you will get little out.

Now...on to a wonderful monitor I found. Good people here. This is one I will team up with as much as possible...NOW...and when MINE launches (finally).

OK...long(er) update ahead: a lot I want to cover.............

First: new progs I have joined (links at right if you are so inclined)....

24SurfPro: I had joined Treo-Surf and had wanted to join 24surfpro; I feel Bob is heading in the right direction and has worked hard at bouncing back to a level I feel comfy with in supporting him. He has some great ideas for the future--so, I feel his programs are worth looking at.

CEPCoast: Admins of ColonEndParentheses: I had talked to this admin months ago about server 'things'. He was pleasant and very eager to fix anything I saw as troublesome. He now has brought us CEPCoast...a 'plan sharing' type of program--wherein we earn based on what all was brought in that day in earnings. I joined 3 days ago...and have not earned less than 23% yet.
As you surf sites...there is a drop down menu that allows you to 'rate' that particular site...
They only use CEPtrust as a processor..but, it's VERY easy to transfer funds from VM or EG to fund CEPtrust. I had it all done in 10 minutes...
This one is definitely worth looking at...admin team are good people.
I will join the main CEP asap as well...

Newer ones I am STILL thrilled with:
Command Bravo: This 5% daily site (for 30 days) is the same as Earn My Way (for you network people)...there is NO reason NOT to be in this one....
I talk to Matt quite a bit...and every plan he & Isreal told me about months ago that they wanted to do: they have done. How's THAT for positive energy and determination??
Well worth your time. I would go into the whole 'issue' between them (& Desertsky)...and bloodhound...but, I just don't want to...I have enough drama I've been pulled into...don't need more.

Finer Things (XLO's hyip site): Andy continues to impress me...this site and the surf XLO is top notch in my book. There are no glitches...nothing but payouts when promised.
How can you NOT be in these? That's the better question.

Now--on to The Network:

2 sites are up...they need some tweaking in some of the TOS wording...and should be 'surfable' by mid-late next week. Keep in mind that accounts being switched over is VERY tedious work.
Once accounts are double checked for accuracy in the balances...(cant afford mistakes here)...then comes the division of 30% for cash balances & 70% for upgrades. Since the remaining 3 sites are NOT totally up for you to look at...the division of these funds needs to take into account the remaining sites NOT seen yet.
The remaining sites should be up to see in no time...and you'll be very happy with the percentages...and a few surprises are in store to add to the longevity theme. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you see what else is planned...
If I had to use ONE word to explain the reasoning behind these new creations it would be: longevity.
You all need to change your thinking from the fast money coming & going sites to a network of sites that will change your way of making money from a fast paced--wondering how long they will last train of thought---to a slower paced, stable & long term way of planning for your financial future.
For those who like the thrill of the 'gamble'...and you want in & out: you'll need to NOT incorporate these sites in your portfolio--they will NOT be for you.
There is no gaining back your principle and much more in one payout cycle..you will have to plan...you will have to monitor your portfolio here for maximum returns.
Now, I will tell you much of the 'math' I've seen people do on the 40/60 rule regarding how long it takes to 'make money' is incorrect.
Do not think of this 40% sitting in your cash balance as being in a vegetative state...it is NOT.
To YOU...the surfer who has been trained to think of only 'how fast can I get my hands on the most money'...it may seem like your money is sitting idle; it is NOT.
There is a very detailed and thought out plan that incorporates those funds to increase longevity even more. You will be pleasantly surprised to see how stable and wonderful these plans are.
Some have asked: "Does the 30% that is placed in our cash balances become available for cashout when the first payout time comes?" Answer: 60% of it along with 60% of any cashout pending is yours.
Now: to those who would cry they want it all--you are one who will need to re-train your thinking. Think LONG TERM. Question: Which would you rather have--if you had the choice (which you do):
1) a site where you get everything you want...but only for a limited time & then it's gone?
2) a site where you don't get everything you want (or are used to)...and it's still here in 2 years? (imagine that?)

If you'd rather have option 1--then you need to put your money in the game sites where it's hit or miss. If you are one who wants to have at least SOME sites that you can COUNT ON long term to create a financially sound portfolio...then these sites are for you.
And no one ever said it's these or NONE. Shoot, go play the game on the fast paced ones...if you lose..you lose. I'll do both...I am in no way shape or form...a "hit & runner"...
I always look for sites that have some kind of plan...some kind of consistency...and admins who have proven enough integrity that I feel 'ok' with giving them money.
I refuse to join surfs that I 'wonder about'...because if I wonder about their integrity..I would feel as if I am participating in something that I knew most likely would 'screw someone' over very soon...and I just can't knowingly do that.

Ok...on to the one I really am wondering about...(as far as how to write this & be fair to all):

Paidtosurfdaily: Hmmm, you wonder...how bad will you blast them?
well, not as bad as you may have expected.
Why? Lots of reasons...for one..I was dragged into this (long story)......someone on The Network Reloaded forum asked me about this one-- one evening...and when I saw the sites on there connected to Will...I was like: 'Hmmmm--imagine that'...
I posted on TNR forum that I saw some connections to Will..and that was it.
On ASA the next night..I was approached by 3 people inquiring, also..I posted what I posted on TNR forum and that was it.

It turned into a frenzy...
Now, before I go further here...I want to say that I have never really been a fan of Will's...(even when I buckled & joined 24DP & PDS)..I wasn't. I never thought he communicated well...I never thought he was totally competent--and that's how I feel.

I know many people that made quite a bit with 24DP before all the 'issues' took it down...
I never really made a killing...because I refused to put big money in...I actually lost money in 24DP...and lost about $ 50 bucks in PDS.
I know many who are furious at Will...and when I saw yet another site by him..I was, also.
I was upset that he didn't come out right away as the owner. Yes, he knew that people wouldn't upgrade...but, that is NOT a valid reason to not proclaim it's yours.
Lying is more than bluntly telling untruths...it is also hiding info that you know will create a reaction in people you do not want to occur.
Now, I will NOT get into what I think about SSM NOT releasing this...because it's none of my business. (I know you're all thinking: when did that stop you before?)
SSM, as a monitor, CANNOT release private info on progs & admins' names IF these people do NOT want it released for whatever reason. So, they (SSM) were caught in a catch-22 there.
Did they know people would NOT upgrade had they known it was Will? Yep...
I bet SSM went to Will...and told him: you better reveal who you are...and that's probably a part of the reason why...
Of course...the fact that it was uncovered all ready probably had something to do w/ that, also.
What you need to ask (and what has plagued me for days now) is WHY SSM (namelyTodd) IS supporting Will? Hmmm...that's been my lingering question for days now.
Many of you never got to know Todd well...he was usually more behind the scenes...but, I can tell you that it was the fact that Todd was still supporting Will that bugged me a lot & made me wonder what else there was to this story. Keep in mind that Todd lost a bunch w/ 24DP as well.
I set out to find as much of the truth as possible...god knows I try to be fair...but, I've always known Todd to be one who hates cheats & scammers almost as much as me...so, I was dumbfounded as to how he could still be supporting Will.
When I questioned this, I found out that there is 'alleged' proof that some have seen backing up the claims of most of this money being stolen...apparently, SSM --as well as other admins who came out in support of Will--have seen the proof and feel confident that much of this is valid. They feel Will was stolen from in large quantities...and the rest was out of his hands....and he has come back many times trying to find ways to 'rebound'...as well as make things right w/ former members.
NOW...this is the tough part: do I believe it? I haven't SEEN the proof with my own eyes...nor have I talked to Will...
The essence of this is to say that there are always 2 sides...and my belief is: the truth is usually somewhere in the middle.
Do I think Will messed up things? Yes....do I think he could have done a MUCH better job of protecting things? Probably...
Do I think he is a true scammer? That one...I am still 'out on'...
I would rather hold my opinion there...because until I see all the facts to make up my own mind..I don't really know. ONLY WILL really knows the whole deal here...and what was really taken...what was left...what all he could have done differently to produce a different outcome. The rest of this is speculation.
I have to respect the fact that SSM and other admins who I respect are choosing to believe what has been presented to them. That, in itself, causes me to want to step back--just to see if what they believe COULD have some reality to it.
It's their choice to support or not support.

I think Will constantly bringing back other progs is not the answer...in my opinion..until he is able to rectify ALL past issues--he will never have enough support to bring him out of this hole.
Will has had trouble making any site work since the 'good days' of 24DP...
...why? Because every new venture results in loss again...and when it comes to loss of money: people are NOT forgiving.
If you make them money: you are their hero...if you lose them money (especially multiple times)...you are their target practice for hatred.
Don't expect it to be any different! I can't blame one person for 'not liking' Will...or calling him names...if he had only failed at ONE site...and was trying to remedy it...people would be ready to try again. BUT...for so many failed attempts and losses to be incurred for so many? It's unrealistic to expect anyone to fall over themselves getting to these programs.
Will needs a true plan to refund people withOUT using new sites to do it; someone will pay who doesn't deserve to pay.
Example: If my neighbor goes to the race track & loses 20k, would he expect for all his neighbors to repay his debt for him? Hell no...
This is why opening new sites in the hopes that ENOUGH will be made to not only repay former members AND create profit for new members is NOT REALISTIC and NOT FAIR.
Not after all of this time...not after all the failed attempts.
Do I think Will wants to make things right? For some unfathomable reason: I think, maybe, he does. Like I wrote: my jury is still out on that one...but, I can't help but wonder if MAYBE so much did get out of his control..that this snowball now is so large he just cant control it.
Yet...he DOES want to find some way to remedy it. I truthfully just don't know.
All I feel is that there IS something valid that makes some admins (who I trust)...and SSM to believe this. THAT makes it worth it to me to LOOK closer.
If after I see what they have seen; I come to believe that my doubt of "Will the Scammer' was misplaced...I will tell you.

I DO wish Will would find other ways to pay people back...and until these issues are remedied...(not trying to be--but ARE)...there will be NO support from me. The ONLY thing I am willing to offer at this time...is the desire to find out more...give the chance to see ALL the evidence...I do know that every site that starts of his again & fails...and I see more people losing money, being hurt and angered...it makes me even hotter under the collar...and more ready to blast away.
I cannot agree w/ starting site after site only to have them fail...there is something wrong in that thinking...it's obviously NOT the answer. It only adds to the list of failed attempts and people who are angered.

I wish I had never been dragged into this...and my time is limited anyway.
So everyone knows: I'll be heading up to my mom's early this week...so, if no updates are here for a bit...and longer times in between email & Pm replies--you'll know why.
My time and energy will be totally directed now towards her & my dad...so, please understand..and continue to pray & send best wishes.

It means SO very much...it strengthens me emotionally to have such caring people take their time to send me wishes...support...personal stories of how they went through similar things, etc..
It's amazing how small a world we really live in.
Even though people can be VERY nasty & very selfish...
I see so many that are the opposite...very warm, loving, caring people who make all of this worthwhile.

I'm excited about Command Bravo...wanted to share that with you.
Matt & Israel (known well for the success at Command Surf)...have increased the daily percentage on Bravo from 4% to 5% for 30 days...LOVE IT.
Count me in....I'm very proud of these two for their dedication to improvement and overall great customer support.

I've also joined MVP surf recently to support Michael. I think he has what it takes to make a great prog....

I've also joined Ultimate Surf (by Nick Jarvis)--he's not the strongest program out there right now, but, I intend to help with that--as I believe in Nick's integrity.
Payouts have picked up again...and I know Nick will bring US to the top.
Think about joining...(nothing that will break your bank--but,we need to support honest admins)...He doesnt offer ref commissions right now--all to increase stability right now...

I'm liking Treo-surf quite a bit...I'm looking at possibly joining 24surfpro soon.

Network News: Will it all be ready by Oct 11th? Not all--but some will.
I recently told people that had NOT received opting out or late payouts (from that first B week and begining of the A week)....to pm me their ticket numbers...& names, etc...
I sent MANY to STormy....and she took care of 80% of them. So much time did she dedicate to those that she put off things needed to get things in line for 10/11.
So, the last batch I sent her will be taken care of sometime next week.
She keeps her word...so, they will ALL get taken care of.
She paid out thousands last week. Some tickets were submitted by members in wrong departments (not all--but about 10)...so it helped slow those down.
Of course, they ALL should have been paid by now...no doubt about it.
BUT...I CAN tell you that unlike many who promise people things...she will deliver.
How many programs make you whole if you leave? opt out? Legally (according to TOS) she doesn't have to...she does--because she wants to be fair.

Once Wed. rolls around, I will no longer be taking more pm's & emails..so, if you them in front of me: get them to me via PM OR Email..(notice I wrote OR...you do the AND--and I'll delete them)..I dont have time to do what I'm doing--much less deal with people who think saturation is the best key to being helped. It isn't with me..
you make me have to double check because I know I've seen your name and/or ticket #...and you've double sent...you're deleted. Period.
I'm doing this to help Stormy sort these out...and to help YOU ALL feel like things are moving along...I know how it is when you need money...want money.

Update time: (fairly brief)

Network 'stuff': I get tons of emails & pm's on the Founders Positions. So..instead of typing the same things over &amp; over; here we go:
These positions give you (for $ 150)...another entry into TMU...and guaranteed top positions in any matrix you choose to enter (mine included). Yes, one is named after me: Mrsveesays--it pretty much replaces my tutor program...because I can't do both.
The Founders is worth it--because top positions in these matrices helps cycle faster.
I've never liked matrices...BUT...I've found that where they fail: these will succeed because they offer a REAL product.
Anyhoo...yes, it's worth it IMO to be a founder....
Maybe you just joined TMU to get into the upcoming new 5 surf sites...and that's fine, too.
Maybe you'll never care about 'cycling' in TMU...ok! Great...no biggie.
Just sit back & enjoy the 5 new sites when they come online mid October.
The VIP section of the new forum is right now every night contemplating percentages...TOS, etc...allowing members to give feedback...on all facets of the new sites.

As stated on forums: the people who opted OUT get paid first (as irritating as that may SEEM--it's for our benefit)...some were getting the late payouts from surf4mlm/ES/GS, etc from that B week and early A week...then 'changing their minds' and 'opting out' --then received more than what was fair. SO, since Stormy caught some of them...she knew she had to pay out the 'opting out' people FIRST...clear them from the system...so, we can move ON.
Late payouts will resume fast after that...don't worry about being paid: IT WILL happen.
Refunds for opting out people are about done (1/5th left--if not less now)...
if THEY (who LEFT) are getting paid...dont even think we who stayed in WILL NOT.
So...those of you on the new forum know my news: for those who have not ventured to the new forum; you obviously do NOT. Pity....(lol)...

It will be good...par excellent...you have my oath there...

I feel with guidance and support, Nick can make this work. IF you join...don't throw the farm here just YET...as Nick has some building to do. I choose to because I want honest admins supported...we need HONESTY & INTEGRITY. Choices we ALL make boil down to that bottom line, people...
IF we can keep THOSE facets of our lives in tact (for ones who ever had it to begin with)...we WILL make solid choices based on honesty...not greed and malevolency.

Midas-surf: Yes, I'm still in...concerned with late payouts...and know cash flow beginning to wean. Andrew is a good guy...the new site, no doubt, meant to help jump start Midas some...

Just a quick update:

The Network:
Stormy is working hard at getting refunds done...many posting now that they have received refunds if they opted out...and outstanding ES/Surf4mlm ones.
Keep in mind refunds are going as fast as possible--seeing as some who opted out may well have been ones whose accounts were still messed up when the overpayments occured.
Even though a small percentage opted out...it's still a big enough number that it takes time to compare spreadsheets and make sure accts are squared away--refunds figured--and paid. Then those tickets will be closed. This is being done as fast as can be--since they need to be deleted off the database when the new sites are opened.
(Personal note: Those arent "excuses"--Wtraders --those are facts of what is occuring. It amazes me how people can be negative and insinuating when they dont even know someone. I try & get answers...and I'm making excuses. I was just as irritated at the 7 sites shutting down as anyone else...but, because I have a good relationship w/ Stormy and talk to her a lot--and post answers for people--I'm "making excuses"--whatever! Don't read here then if thats what you think. Get to know ME and my motives FIRST--then make "assumptions".)

NOW...on to the Matrix. I've never liked them (matrixes/cyclers)--honestly--this one I am liking--and I see how it differs from others I've seen...it is the way into the new 5 network sites--so, I'd get in.
People were worried they wouldnt get anyone under them..so, I offered to put their linked banner here...(course, I cant have tons of these--but, a few at a time is fine--let me know)...

You all who read here and appreciate what I try and do..I hope you'll be happy to know I will be an integral part of the new set-up at The Network. My new venture I keep hinting at will be opening the same time the new 5 sites do (hopefully)...so, I'm excited about that.
Teaching full time and stuff w/ my mom is making things more hectic...but, I love what is coming...and hope I can find enough time to do it all...as I am always silly enough to think I can do.

I joined some new sites --XLO's Hyip--Xlenxtra/Finer Things. Andy is someone I think the world of...and I must tell you all this (even though he said NOT to tell...lol)...BUT...
when I was going through that silly thing with an admin...Andy was so ticked at the situation--that he bought me a domain name he thought I'd like...just to be sweet to me and thank me--and to show me I'm cared for.
I was so touched...Andy, when we talked that day: I was in tears...
Just thought everyone would like to know what a GOOD MAN this is...
I was fully supporting him before this....but now...it's a no brainer when generosity and kindness is seen in someone as well. He runs top sites...well planned...and he takes care of his members.
He has earned my trust & respect 10x over.

I joined Wicked-Hits other site as well: Ezsurfnearn.
I think Stacey & Jason do one heck of a job...I've liked them for awhile now...and mentioned that they have my support as well.

Other tidbits:

Andrew at Midas seems to be a tad late in some payouts...hopefully, he' ll get caught up after his time away...will post more this weekend on the status there...until then: just be careful.

I worked w/ Jake at ASA about getting Scotty's AP account unfrozen...as I know Scotty is a good man as well. He is all ready refunding again...Scotty wants to come back...better script so things dont get nasty like before...and he will have my support as well.
Admins who show integrity are worth supporting: period.

People yell "scam" a tad too quickly for me...there's a difference between issues that arise with good admins who run into problems...and ones who just dont care & are out to take your money by smooth talk and true "excuses". Knowing the difference can be tough, for sure--but, it's all in the time one takes to find the truth...and get a 'feel' for what IS and ISN'T the truth...
and usually the REAL truth is somewhere in the middle (as with most multi-sided things).

Anyway, before I ramble on and on....I guess I still sometimes just dont 'get people'...maybe that's why I work with teenagers teaching--you get what you see pretty much.
Adults can just be plain nasty--mean--judgmental--(not all, of course)....
Sometimes I cant wrap my mind around HOW they can be these things..but, my issue is to figure out how not to care about it all. Just do my thing...protect people...answer their quesions...show them I care....take care of them...and go on.
That's all any of us can do....
In this thing called life--we all search most of our lives for 'answers'. Answers to 'this' & answers to 'that'--do we ever find them? I wonder if we do...or if we just go on with some semblance of what fits us then & there. Maybe we are never supposed to find everything we want/need.
If we did have all of that-I guess we'd never know when things were REALLY good or REALLY bad...thus, we would never appreciate when the good shows itself.
Sorry for the philosphical post here...maybe it's my mom's illness that has me thinking more lately on life...on the 'why's'---?? Who knows...

Just know I'm here for you all...as always. Thanks for the TONS of pm's & emails about my mom...and just overall support. It overwhelms me sometimes when I read them...and then I realize: I AM doing something good...and when I question myself about why I spend so much time doing what I do--I have the answer: All of you who love & support me.

Ok people...update of the week. I had a 2 hr convo w/ Stormy this morning...and I will go through a lot here...so, follow as best you can. I have been bombarded with emails and PM's...so...I will cover everything here.

First off: breathe....it will all work out, ok?
Now, I KNOW many of you are thinking: Hmmmm...funny how things switch right before the BIG payout week...
If you're thinking cash flow issues....that's your decision....I'm telling you Stormy would have been just fine on the money end. The time and physical end? Would have done her in.
MANY of the accts (ES & Surf4mlm) were STILL not rectified (cash balances still off, etc)...
When I talked to her 3 days ago--she was close to closing shop because she had no life left (normal everyday life with her family)...NO ONE could withstand that for this long.

She is NOT a quitter...period--which is why things are still here--changing? YES--gone? NO!
Now...Stormy told me when she switched to bi-weekly payouts--she wanted to do THIS (what was in the email last night) THEN...BUT, she didnt want to make people wait 18 days to make money again...she wanted everyone to be happy. Well, it didnt work out...not without her working another 2 wks solid of 16-18 hr days...more accounts to audit...fix...more late payouts..until the snowball got so big....she would have jumped off a bridge...

SO....this is NOT about cash flow issues for this week. The 40/60 rule is put in place NOW for the NEW 5 sites to halt hit & runners. Hit & runners WERE picking up recently in the network...and I dont care HOW big a prog gets...those over time deplete reserves...and cost everyone success.
40/60: You'll RE-upgrade with 40%......

The new 5 progs' ROI's will be determined BY the MEMBERS....Stormy did say none would be 'lame' ROI's....(no 1%'s)....

The ONLY way in IS to join the Matrix...period. This will enroll you in ALL 5 of the new programs--then you upgrade.
Now...what about our current money in here? ALL balances (surfing & cash) will be added up for all progs together. Whichever amount is BIGGER will be the amount that is split up into ALL 5 of the new progs on a 70/30 basis. 70% will go towards equal upgrades in all 5 surfs...and the 30% will go into your cash balance right away.

Example: You are in 3 of the CURRENT surfs now...your cash balance for ALL surfs together is $1200; your SURFING balance all together is $ 1000. You will get the $ 1200 spread over the 5 surfs using the 70% for upgrades & 30% in cash balances to build on right away.

ANYONE who upgraded in the last 24 hrs is being refunded today! You will NOT lose anything.

We will NOT lose anything....it's just being moved to the new 5 sites. The 18 days is necessary to form the ratio of all members' accounts & see which is higher.
This is why you'll need a screenshot/copied image of your back offices...for YOU to see which is higher all together.

The forum is locked right now...because all these issues MUST go through support right now to avoid conflicting questions...answers, etc.
Mods cannot possibly answer all these questions....and we all have them.
Follow the directions in the email...and let the network know simply if you're in or out.
If you opt out...you will be refunded so you lose NOTHING. Whatever you put IN of your own money will be gained back if you choose to leave.

I have looked at the new model...and I wish she had just done this last week instead of going bi-weekly. I told her 3 days ago this wasnt helping her have rest in between...and I felt her wanting to cry many times we talked. Something HAD to change.

So, whine if you want....but, without THIS occuring--we would NOT have anything to earn.
It was this...or NOTHING--and I want you to understand that.
This has been the BEST place to earn money...pay off our debts...if she had emailed last night telling us she was done...and couldnt do it anymore--we would ALL be begging for ANYTHING.

Here it is...and it is good. You want longevity? It's here. You want another round of stable sites to earn? You have them.

Last night when I heard (an hr before the email went out)...I was shell shocked as well; confused....and frustrated..I didnt understand it all either...and as a surfer...I saw my hard work for months going...I was wrong--because I didnt understand the concept as well.

You won't lose a dime...Stormy wont let that happen....it will just take longer initially right now.
Let the Network thrive once again....it will.

I told her the timing could have been better...and she agreed. I told her what people would think and she went: "Shoot--I was so exhausted--I wasn't thinking of all of those things people would think".
Think all the negative you want...and you have to choose what to believe....but, I am telling you..IMMEDIATE cash flow issues were NOT the reason.
IF it were...she would have re-opened ES and kept surf4mlm WIDE open to anyone who wanted in to cover that.
She thinks like an admin...a sharp business woman...and yes, this timing needed to be planned better--and she admitted that. But, she thinks long term...and not that people think negatively.
She knows this is needed and will keep the network alive for all of us.

Have to remark on Paul's new TRR closing all ready. I spoke to Anita last night & told her had Paul made it a TOP priority to refund FASTER...maybe the "interest" in TRR would have spiked.
Expecting people to jump into a new site after losing money in the previous is just not realistic.
People will do almost anything to hang onto the hope that maybe if they join the 'new site'--the refund will come.
Be prudent, people....
now--some admins DO try hard to refund...and run into obstacles they just cant overcome....but, it's always a 'judgment call' for members to determine the level of trust they have w/ admins.

XLO is another I fully support...Andy does an OUTSTANDING job of running this site. He knows that making the members happy is important--and that he does.

Wicked-Hits is becoming one I will fully support. Jason & Stacey do a great job w/ this site..and I need to join their new one soon.

Commandsurf is another one where the admins work hard to bring exciting ideas to the industry.

Word to admins:

If you cant put money into modifying a script: dont bother running a site. This industry is LOADED with people who can get into any base script...and even ones w/ basic modifications.
Other than the server set-up (which weakens any prog with a shitty script)...the script itself is the KEY to your success.
You want security? It starts w/ the script--or you make all members' monies at risk daily.
Once a prog grows--it's just that much harder to catch any nasties going on behind the scenes.
MOST progs are being ripped off right now...many just dont catch it until money is gone from their EG acct....
The it's the same old: " I was hacked...I'm so sorry...let's start over" story.

Bob from 15HD went through that and rebounded...which is impressive. I worry--it happened in his former site as well. Admins need to learn from those mistakes...and Treo's script appears much more secure.

Very soon ( I know I keep mentioning this)...members & admins will have a place to go where ONLY the creme' de la creme' will be allowed to be named: AWESOME.
As an admin--if you think you have what it takes...you can prove it soon.

The surfers union isnt a bad concept...but, it depends on who is running it...and by the looks of it: I wouldnt give "donations" to the one named as 'running it'....why give your money to a union leader to take...rather than an admin? Cut off your nose to spite your face if you want...but, what you will have soon will be MUCH bigger & better than the 'union'.
Give me some time to see where I will be in dealing w/ my mom--and I'll announce it very soon.

I dont want any of you to worry about the Network sites...I have talked to Stormy SO much about money...plans....details that excite, shock, & please me.
I have thousands in these...and I wouldnt if I didnt know.

I'm here for YOU all....I care about YOU...protecting you...I've said before: it's the teacher in me, I guess--that makes me protective.
I am like a wolf out there...and I wont stand for scammer admins to take any more.

But...people: be diligent...be prudent...and dont fall for sites that are new ESPECIALLY that offer VERY high roi's without doing some (even) basic DD.
Many hit & runs will occur...then some will set up well to lure more in...

Very soon...scammers will have one less place to hide...good, honest admins will have a place to FLOURISH.....and you all will have a place to TRUST in integrity.

YES....everything is fine w/ the Network sites....
man...are we spoiled or what?? C'mon...people...go on the forum there...you can count on ONE hand the # of people who think they should have been paid & have not.
No one said all would be done by 5 pm this time....its the first week of the new system..
and new system does NOT equal: red flag here!!!!!!!!!!

Stormy is exhausted....that woman slept the entire Labor Day weekend after working 96 hrs in 3 days when AP had their brain fart on mass payouts...
She was close to collapse...and probably HIT collapse...and dehydration.

Ok...had to update due to this insane "coverage" on the dailyroi.com site.
Wow....did I hit a nerve there, sweeties? I am honored to get such coverage on your website.
It's pathetic when an ADMIN of a prog (instead of asking how to remedy things and NICELY discuss issues)...decides to mimic my banner and dedicate an entire page to how unsubstantiated my claims are. First, I was angry....then--as I thought about it--and have realized since my mothers illness that life IS too short...and there will always be cold hearted, arrogant, and blind idiots who dont know how to communicate.

So...that written...I'd like to address a couple of points. One I found MOST humorous was the news on his front page that I cant AFFORD a REAL domain web address (I just use blogspot)...so, how accurate could I be? That one is hilarious. First off..I can afford any domain & website I want...I do my blog as a service to people...to protect them from idiot progs like dailyroi (for one).
I am about to go huge w/ the blog and my "other event" I havent disclosed yet.

It's amazing how HE (admin from dailyroi) can attack ME for not having anything other than "blogspot.com"--when HE--as an ADMIN-- takes security SO lightly as to have OPEN and SHARED servers. Now, he has some hullaballoo about why its not so bad to share servers.
note his point, though, that he WILL be going to dedicated soon...
LMAO...I bet you will now...how obvious.

He spends time explaining how shared servers arent so bad...and how he doesnt want to pass on the "expense" of good dedicated servers on to his members.
HOW ludicrous a conclusion is that? To NOT do EVERYTHING to guarantee YOUR members' money is outrageous. THAT will cost them MUCH, MUCH more in the end...

To spend his time & energy on changing & displaying my banner on his front page and his whole bashing page when you click on the banner is astonishing.

I responded nicely that open & shared servers were NOT good...(and did reiterate to him that Ev1 servers ARE good--which he has)....I ended with telling him I was still here to help...
but, I did also remind him that I would make a much better ally than enemy...(due to the tone of his first email). I posted in no forum about him..only on my blog--which I have every right & responsibility to do. If he doesnt like it: tough shit.

Run a top notch program --or I will hound all of your asses.
If you are a member of this program: you are making a BIG mistake...and I would advise you (based on his ineptness and disregard for security and spending whats necessary to protect YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!)....to GET OUT NOW!

Run a check on those past domains...not pretty. Be smart: GET OUT! Any admin who resorts to immature & bashing behavior over that is not even worth your time, money, & energy.

On to other, more important items:

Network sites: yeah, TOS changes CAN mean red flags. Let me explain something.
I talked to Stormy in the midst of her 36 hr marathon of payouts (especially when alertpay's mass payouts was on & off)....this woman does it ALL.
SOMETHING had to change to preserve her energy and health.
When I wasnt back to teaching, I would spend 8-10 hrs at a time doing research...and it affected MY health...

This woman has planned the best network of programs you can imagine--with more to come.
I have talked EXTENSIVELY with her on money--
I will continue to put thousands in the programs I love.
This new TOS will save hours of time...energy, etc....
People (outside the network) are salivating at the thought of issues here...they all love negativity and promoting bullshit.
There is NOTHING wrong here.....things will transition...and all will go back to smooth flow.
Trust this team...and the fact that they know what they are doing to maintain the programs we all love...I have NEVER seen such a sharp business woman as Stormy...NEVER!

Cut them some slack...some think they are arrogant because they say: " if you don't like things: ask for a refund."
Well, Stormy & that team have no time or energy for negativity and whining.
If you dont agree with things...like things...go somewhere else. There are waiting lines to get in to some of these...and for damn good reason.
She is running a sharp BUSINESS...not a ponzi...not a run of the mill surf site.
The basis/foundation in these is unlike anything I have ever seen. I am honored to work w/ Stormy...and that whole team.

I PM'd the main mod there--after he had pm'd me a few times after I joined.
I told him the admin had to communicate....now, he did...but, we'll have to see what happens.
Any script that allows anyone to change eg acct #'s needs work.
That server set-up was excellent...so, I hope the admin doesnt let it all go.
I DO know that other forums have claimed they are all ready a scam...and thats not fair.
I was paid according to TOS just 3 days ago...and so were all alertpay members that have reported to me.

Caution? yes, of course...anytime payouts are late...and communication falls...you bet caution.
I told all of you not to throw the farm at them...keep your caution on alert...but, dont spread rumors that it's a scam until we know more.

Midas:

On to the 50/50 rule--I know many people dont like that--but, it makes sense as long as its done reasonably...and not to extinguish cash flow issues.
Midas has a tiered ref commission--so, I dont think cash flow is what sparked this..I think Andrew & Jay are planning ahead...and doing what it takes to maintain longevity.

24Dp/ PDS/PWS: Forget about all of them...sickening turn of events.
Liars...period. I should have NEVER taken 24DP off my caution list back in May.
Once again...I listened to "others' instead of my gut. Will was doing so well..I thought he deserved a shot.
Shame on the stringing a long job...then using PWS as a last hope for people to suck them dry some more. If you're going to be an arrogant ass...at least have the goods to back it up.

I will be joining MPVsurf soon...I believe Michael switched to new servers...and I think he is worth a closer look.

quick update:
I'm back to teaching for now...(2 wks) --then off to be w/ my mom during her surgery/chemo.
Workload is hard now being back to work...but, I havent forgotten you all.
PLease understand if I dont answer emails as quickly--its because I am at work...and have limited time.

Now...some updates & thoughts:

First & foremost: The network sites are FINE...there are no cash flow problems. Guys, if you only knew the half of the well planned out & solidity of these programs...you'd be ecstatic.
Dont buy the panic measures of some sending out bullshit explanations for why the network MUST be having cash flow issues...
Keep in mind that MOST programs have a lifespan of 6 months (and thats a GOOD one)...
People will play the odds and start claiming "get out" right around 3-5 months after a prog has been established. Usually, they'll be right--because MOST progs/admins dont plan well enough to last longer than that.
I am shocked DAILY at the magnitude of the planning with the network sites.
I will go into detail more when I have some more time...but, if you trust me at ALL: trust me when I tell you it's fine w/ the network sites.
I dont care HOW close I am to Stormy...if I see real issues--I will post them.

Now...on to:

So...some new cautions below...check those out. Keep in mind that with issues w/ my family, my deep digging hasnt been occuring--I just havent had the time. I see bried red flags and until I know 100%--some things I will post only as caution due to the red flags.

You all saw in the last post that I joined XLO...good guy, Andy...very solid.
I have also now joined my 6th Network site (with the 7th to come soon)...and thats AD Cash Club.
Lower "roi"--but, pays a lot over the time. Don't knock the lower immediate paying sites--sometimes we miss the forest for the trees.

Reminds me of Command Surf--these guys are working very hard to maintain quality sites. They have the whole commandcorp network now & it's going very well.
I talk to Matt often...and he is very excited about whats happening over there...and I feel he is worthy of support.
I am considering taking a section of his forum to post various items--this will occur after the dust settles more w/ my mother (as most of you know).

Not to get you all TOO excited, but there are some VERY interesting things on the horizon...I'm excited. I can't divulge it all now...but, very soon you all will have another solid, reliable, & data based source of information.

Ok....I'm home again--for how long? Who knows?
My mom is due to have surgery in the next 2-3 wks...so, I will be heading back to help take care of her. She will most likely have chemo after her surgery--so, she will need me.
As much as I hate to do it..I will have to put my surf tutor program on hold for awhile.
Anyone who has joined or renewed recently--I will accept those. I will do my best to get all requests done before I leave again. If you feel the wait is too long...I will have no problem refunding memberships. Now that I am home, I will work hard in getting all outstanding reports done for you. I am pretty behind...as I also have to get a state education newsletter out before I leave again, also.

I had a 2 hr convo with Anita from TR before I left for my mom's. I havent posted much about it...because even in the 2 hrs we spoke...I was left feeling 'up in the air'. She called me 'out of the blue'....it was nice to get to speak with her--as always.
Anita told me she & Shaun assumed that Paul was going to transfer the old database to the "new TR"--not totally start from scratch.
We discussed the fact that Paul MUST refund completely...in order to be taken seriously. Anita assured me she would continue to relay this fact to Paul...I believe more refunds have been noted recently.
I told Anita Paul will not have my support until ALL members are refunded...as he promised.
I believe Anita's involvement will be less maximized until this occurs, too.

I'm sick of the blaming, lying...and all out shark attacks by people who have nothing better to do than to attack someone who they ENVY (yes ENVY)....as being someone who DOES know more than they do. Is that arrogant? maybe...but, it's true.
My loyalty to TR was way before I became an advisor and a "blogger"....so excuse me for having loyalty to the Paul I knew last November. If thats my worst mistake: I'll be happy & content.

The attempted sale to Harrold's Media has to be the biggest (almost) mistake made. Who cares that HMedia's address was similar to Compactsurfing. One has to know how to read data...not just look at. The similarity in addresses is a coincidence most likely. I havent looked close enough, because I just got home last night. When people buy domains...those addresses can be very similar--if not identical--because it's the domain name's addy represented--as is the server hosts addresses.
Now, do I think HM is a scam anyway? Yep. Why? Because they scammed before...funny they want to be the "Savior of the industry"--yet they couldnt make any work themselves. What a joke. Stay away from ANY progs related to HM--unless you want your money to disappear--like the various programs they had.

As far as Rob...all I knew was he had the money...tons of it. Now, of course...we all heard that from ASA. I will go into more detail about things w/ ASA below....BUT...ASA only knew what Rob told them. Right, wrong, or too trusting...?? I dont know--not my call. Not much different than me remembering Paul the way he was--and trusting that Anita was getting the good intel from Paul...who I really wanted to continue trusting.

Everyone knows ND is #1 rated now...Lance is still sharp. I know he talked to Hmedia...and I'm very happy he didnt sell the rights to ND. The plan that Hmedia laid out actually didnt look too bad. Its the admin team at HM I have an issue with. It takes more than a good plan to run a surf in my opinion. It takes integrity...something this industry seems to lack more of every month. Lance HAS that integrity...so, I'm glad he will be keeping ND in the "family".

Will he resume payouts? who knows...I'm not sticking around long enough to find out.
He can keep mine...I'm done with the frustration of being second fiddle to him chasing thieves. Yep--thats all important...but not MORE important than keeping members payouts to AT LEAST a 2 wk waiting period. Geez.
I will admit that all my PDS payouts were caught up...so, if they were out to run...I doubt those would have been paid. I'm done w/ PDS as well for now, though.

Ok...now on to the part I put off discussing before I left. The changes I will be making.

First off: my time on ASA will be decreased quite a bit. Why? Long story...
I still love Jake & Todd to death...I will always feel their motives are good. I just dont agree with the avenues taken all the time now; so, in order for me to stay less frustrated...I will spend less time there now.

As you all know, I DID approve 98% of the sites before they went into premium. Standards were set....(ie: closed, dedicated servers...then on to preferable anti-ddos)...
I'm a stickler for criteria...(and I recently allowed myself to lower my own standards & criteria--which was a mistake I will not make again)--I always had to have the data--the proof before I believed anything. I allowed myself--as did Jake--to believe certain things admins stated. When we develop relationships w/ admins and they prove themselves over time...it becomes difficult sometimes to separate the keen sense we have when things go wrong...from the desire to believe what admins, who become our "friends" at times, are telling us are reasons.

This will not happen again from me. I dont care who it is--if I see the red flag, I will call it out.
If I talk to an admin...and I feel the reason is justified beyond a preponderance of my "gut"--and what other data I have--I will report that.

My criteria just took a major jump up. I will be going back to how I used to look at everything. Data based ONLY. Yes, there is an evaluation that must coincide with this--but, it's easy to let that evaluation be sidestepped by "reasonable excuses".

Back to ASA: Most people know I approved most of those premium sites. When sites started showing up in premium that I knew were not good--or worthy of the premium listing--I became frustrated. Knowing that people might "assume" they were my picks--I felt anxious because I knew some of them would turn scam--and they did. All you have to do is read my posts in some of those threads with my infamous frowny face & you'll know.

The frowny faces just arent enough for me now...people would PM me & ask why I posted a frown..or any ambigious comment about not liking them...and I felt trapped. Trapped because the last thing I wanted was for anyone to wonder why a site was in premium if I didnt approve it. Then again, I felt obligation to honor my code to warn people when I knew a site revealed data that insinuated potential scam. So, in order to avoid my anxiousness...I will be on there much less.

The ASA site is still wonderful...and trust me: Todd & Jake are great guys...
Many people do not frequent that forum--yet they knew I DID pick those premium sites for the most part. So..when they'd see one of those sites go down in scam history...but not read the forum threads...they assumed I picked them. I just cant have that.

Jake still asks me my opinion...don't get me wrong...but, most new sites listed as premium now are ones I wasn't asked to check. I was on vacation...and I know Jake didnt want to bug me; but, to me...the premiums have to be treated seriously...they must meet the criteria immediately--not promise to do so. Now, I have not even looked at many of the new ones I saw today--so, they could be great. Trust me: I will be checking--and will post EXACTLY what I think from here on out. The people are my #1 priority...
Now, in fairness to ASA: they have a plan to catch scammers...and they have the right to do things the way they see fit; it's THEIR monitor--not mine. I will always respect ASA--and will post on there a lot still. If Jake needs my data...it's there for him anytime. I would prefer he did...that way the chances are lower it will be a "bad pick"...yep--sounds arrogant again--but, my record is still unbeatable.

The sites listed as premium back in May & June were among the best: matter of fact--they are STILL good sites...and the ones that I recommended to Jake way back when to AVOID--are all scams now. Imagine that?

Premium sites should be just that: premium. Members should be able to trust that THOSE have survived the test of fire...those sites should never be cut & run sites.

I've seen people posting there is no difference between a scam site...and one who closes down. I beg to differ. The result is often the same: loss of money.
This is where one has to look at motives & intent. Scam sites plan to scam...they set their plan in action to deceive...steal money.

Progs who try hard & are overcome by obstacles they cant overcome...and who shut down are not scammers...IF the story of shutting down can be verified.
Just because they cant seem to process refunds still doesnt mean they are scammers.
ONLY THEY know if they truly had the money to stay open, refund...whatever. So, we'll never really know for sure.
This is the business we've all chosen to participate in. So, don't whine when you don't get that big payout you gambled to gain. That's right: GAMBLED.
It's all a gamble...you just have to learn how to play the ones whose odds are better. THAT'S the key.

Ok...I'm done....got that all out.
I will be adding some caution sites later this week...and revamping ones I think are scams...cautions...etc. I used to do that on here...and will return to that.

Before I get started on my steam release--I wanted to make sure all of you knew I was leaving on vacation tomorrow (Sat)...wont be back until July 31st. My stress needs relief & the beach is just where I can go to get away from the BS of this industry. Please try & hold emails unless they are CRUCIAL. I wont be returning many PM's (if any)...so, understand why I don't.

Now...what BS am I writing about? The BS of many surfs. They ask for respect & support--yet fail to give it in return. It's a 2 way street--sorry. I'm tired of members being ignored while admins chase "things"--yeah, there are cheaters to catch...and yep..they need to be caught to protect the progs...but guess what? keep ignoring members' requests & payouts...and you wont have a damn prog TO save. Get a grip on reality.

--in this industry--ANY admin/prog can fall. The members are the ESSENCE, sweetie...plain & simple. Ignore THAT BASIC fact...and you can forget it. Stop putting payouts out according to your own TOS....and ignore support requests at your own peril. These are shaky times...its open season on vulnerable people...therefore, we need the MAJOR progs to step up & lead by example.

Yes, some of these always have & they deserve support...and I'll support good admins always.
BUT...when they lose sight of who they are providing the service FOR over & over, I'm about fed up with them. I'm tired of listening to excuses....reasons...over & over again.
I'm tired of not following my gut on SOME THINGS & listening to "facts" told to people that may not be accurate.

From now on: my standards will heighten. You want my support: you better damn well be at the top of your game and treat members w/ respect. You better pay according to your TOS...and have an awesome server set-up. Period...end of story.
If I think you're shady...I'll hunt down every piece of evidence I can to expose you.

And people: quit being so naive'....just because a prog is listed somewhere as being "good"--doesnt mean it is anymore. Just because they pay NOW...doesnt mean they WILL.

Brief update: I am leaving on vacation (internet free) this Friday (21st)...and will return by July 30th. All data report requests I have as of now will be done by the time I leave.

NOW: I have had Hardly ANY internet connection for the past 2 days. I get MAYBE 10 minutes per HOUR...so, many of you wonder why I havent posted, answered emails...pm's: this is why. I had a crying session followed by a throwing things at the wall session today. I can't get anything done...(half of the sites I surf for I cant even get done)...its very frustrating for me.

I'm not ignoring you...but when I get the 5 minutes of good connectivity, I cant answer all the questions about whats a good prog to join....or all the pm's, I've been fighting to get surfing done and any emergency emails/PM's I have.

I run around like a chicken with its head cut off --hoping to catch those 5-10 minutes of internet I can get. This makes me getting work done before I leave for vacation VERY tedious, frustrating....and LATE!

If I owe you a data report...I havent forgotten...I have them on record...if I have to stay up until 3 am (when connection is sometimes better)...I will get all ones I have now to you by the time I leave Friday.

Please read my blog for good progs...thats why I list them on here.

Lots going on--let's start with AlertpayPro.
Yes, they are making many angry...there are many things (bugs) going on that are causing grief to members. I hear ya! I know that Rob is very aware of the bugs with log-ins...account adjustments, etc. I can tell you that Alertpaypro is going nowhere--they will be here for the long run. The "kinks' will be worked out..and things will resume. I know it's a pain...especially for the ones who cant even log in right now. I know they are bombarded w/ support tickets...and yes, they created much of the mess--they'll have to clean it up. The timing of some of the things Rob did--I wasn't thrilled about--but, in a perfect world: no one would do anything to tick off anyone else. It just doesn't happen. Try being a little more patient...I know it's tough; but, it will be ok.

There are posts about if we, as members, give info...shouldnt they? And, I agree: they should ALL provide a concrete mailing address, any copies of business licenses that are present, etc.
We DO have the right to at least know this...as well as the privacy policy (which APP does have).

Now...on to other "things".

Total Rune:
Anita usually calls me weekly...I have been swamped--or I would have called her early. I know the masses are getting restless. One thing Anita reiterated last week to me was this: the 14 BUSINESS days will be needed in its entirety to do cashouts. This is the one where not only do ALL EG payout requests have to be manually verified and done...they have to verify all tax docs/member agreements, too. The "cheater syndrome" is very prevalent now. They can't afford to lose anymore to cheaters. So, the time MUST be taken.
Once all of this verification is done...the next payout time will be faster. I will get time tomorrow, hopefully, to get a call into Anita-unless she calls me first.

First of all: Happy Independence Day!

OK: Let's cover some things I've gotten a LOT of emails on:

1) FPClub (covered below in the last post--they'll be ok, folks...let's keep supporting them..they are good people)

2) 24DP: I have been asked about cash flow issues here. What is my opinion? Ideas?
I think 24DP is trying to avert any BIG cash flow issues. We all know to look for signs/red flags.
I think when the 24Dp team took that 'extended weekend'....I think they were assessing cash flow...what was happening--where was 24DP heading? etc. Those are GOOD things--that shows Will and his team are not taking this program lightly. Planning is ESSENTIAL in making it.

We, as members, will NEVER like waiting more for payouts...DUH! I don't like it...I have to stick money in here 4-6 times before I get one out--and it cuts into my wallet.
Will I continue w/ 24DP? yes...if I choose NOT to in the future--it's not because I think they will close--it's because I can't afford to have 4-5 upgrades in before I get money out.
I am doing another program like that--and I put a LOT more in IT--so, it hurts to have hundreds & hundreds IN--and get nothing out for 15-20 days.

You all have to decide how long you can wait for a good prog? Isn't it better to wait longer and KNOW you'll get it--than to get it fast in some progs but only for awhile?
yeah, I think 24DP IS having a small cash flow issue--that doesnt mean it will last.
Issues arise: you deal with them. I think Will has done that.

Geez: you are getting paid more on these sites than you can working a 'real' job...so...quit being lazy and VOTE! POST! So what? It's a plan to make sure the sites are EXPOSED--SEEN as PAYING!! If they work hard to pay YOU--then VOTE as you are paid!
Come in the forum for 5 minutes and post on how you like the progs...you can even post on what you DON'T like:

Deal with the giving of info...( I hate that--pulled out from Alien because of Vince's "I'm storing this on my laptop" deal--my info IS confidential--and I take it VERY seriously).

I had a nice talk w/ Stormy on where this info is stored..what happens right after it hits her computer. She knows this...she deals w/ our info like she would want HERS dealt with.
It's NOT stored on ANY hard drive...its deleted...(fully)....and stored with her accountant somewhere else. This is for reference ONLY.
You should respect the fact that she is complying fully in case ANYONE drops in for some "tea" (wink)...

Does this NOT tell you she plans on sticking around? It would be MUCH easier to just do some autosurf...pay HIGH...and drop off the face of the earth later on.
Her server set up is top notch...and all is awesome in the land of Stormy & the network.

Make your money SAFER--EARN WELL--and be a part of this Network.

Surf-ATZ is another one: Scotty is wonderful; I talk to him a LOT--he has wonderful plans, is honest...and I will be sinking more money here as well. If you're smart (and you'd have to be if you're reading this for advice....hehehehe)...you will put money here, too.

EDIT: Gladiator Surf, I'm sorry to report, is closing. Michael took some heat on MMG--was attacked, pretty much, by admins of other closed & struggling surfs. This is why MMG bugs me--they have their cliques more than any other forum I've seen. Mods there seem to instigate trouble--rather than help diminish it.
I tried to give Michael advice earlier...some of it he took..some he did not. I hope he decides to come back at a later date--and implement things right from the beginning.
He is a good guy--and he knows I'm here to help--if he needs me.
It's sad when a surf not only has script issues, server issues, customer support issues to deal with; sometimes its the actual people that ruin good progs. Actually, it seems anymore, its the people (MEMBERS as well as non-members) that play an integral role in a prog's success or failure.
Don't cut off your nose to spite your face, people...does it make sense to do that?

Update on TR/IMF:
Anita calls me w/ updates: I wanted to let people know that cashout requests are NOT closed now. IF you have sent in correct docs...go ahead & cashout. Don't feel like you have to wait for that confirmation email in order TO cashout. Let Anita & Paul verify things when they get to your request.
PLEASE remember that these cashouts WILL take longer than the rest. They not only have to verify egold purchases & accounts now...they have to find your tax docs...and verify all that as well. Paul & Anita will get few hrs of sleep in the next 12 days, so rest assured they are doing all they can in a 24 hr day to process these for us.

One announcement before my usual update this weekend:

FPC is run by a good & honorable team of admins. They are being attacked by a smear campaign (and I'm not talking about LEGITIMATE people who post that their EG payouts are not done, etc)...I'm talking about nasty rumors being set forth MOSTLY in the MMG forum.
The accusations are NOT true. The ASA team knows they are NOT true...and I am going to do what I can to alert those of you who read my blog faithfully to trust that FPC needs your support.
They are still strong--but, if people panic & believe rumors--a good prog could go down.

Up to you members of FPC: be cautious as always--but, know that FPC has no intention of going anywhere.

Ok...a quick update to tell you about 2 new programs that I have not been this excited about since eDatasurf came around...(and that update will be next time...I still can't write about my sadness on edata leaving us all. I did communicate with Ramesh for 3 hours during Saturday morning--and there is a LOT to the story--and we all need to leave it at this: Ramesh had a very difficult decision to make. We aren't in his shoes...and we all must respect the fact that he came INTO this business with integrity--and believe me--he went OUT the same way!)...

Now..onto my 2 new programs that are awesome! This is a network of programs.
"Stormy" has been on the ASA forum...and if you all want to meet my 'twin'--she's it.
We have discussed a LOT in the past few days...her progs are top notch with server set-ups, scripts, etc. She has a lot of experience in the advertising business...

Trust me when I tell you: these "network" programs will be the next BIG ones.

People have been asking me about this little 'outage' of 13DP's today.
Ok...before it even happened, some things have stuck in my mind only the past 3 days of those little 'signs' to watch for.

yes, the little signs have begun...NOW--they are SO subtle; so small that most wont even recognize them AS signs. They ARE there...they are microscopic, subatomic particle size...so, dont FREAK!!

They have plenty of life left...Bo isnt going to pay people in 1 hr--and then run the next day.
IF Bo eventually does run...his 'type' will follow the process:
Support changes, slower payouts (now...in all fairness, I dont know how THAT hasnt slowed by now; he is nearing 10k members)....

REALLY slow payouts...emails about why they have to lower this...extend this...etc...
you now the drill. When you see THOSE--then quit doing BIG spends.

Anyway, I had to write it: just the way it is...a tad of a caution here. A TAD.
Meaning: I promised I would let you all know if I saw ANYTHING--and I have.
